I was first introduced to Aaron when I complained to a friend about a soccer injury suffered many years ago that continued to plague me. At the time I had the option to attend physical therapy – that would limit attention to the specific area of my injury. I was aware my overall physical condition may benefit from exploration into general care and conditioning program, providing a path towards overall wellness.
I needed professional involvement from a qualified trainer and Aaron has certainly met those expectations.
I have been successfully working with Aaron for over 2 years - thanks to his expert guidance and personalized training approach he has enabled me to significantly improve my overall body functionality, strength, flexibility and physical appearance.
Exercises are tailored to one’s individual needs and limitations to achieve specific goals – I take these exercises into the gym and maintain a regular schedule with Aaron to repeat and adjust.
Without hesitation I can recommend Aaron as a foundation to improve one’s overall physical health-regardless of age, condition or objectives I’m confident his expertise will have a positive impact on ones life.

Quick story:

I met Aaron 15 years ago— I was a runner who did the same training over and over again.

With age, and a lack of training variation, …. predictably, things started to break.

Bottom line: Aaron got me out of my rut. His training is interesting, it’s sometimes pretty hard, it’s fun, and you’ll emerge looking at a healthier, more durable version of yourself.

I was immediately put on the right path for corrective action.
I highly recommend this approach to ending back, joint pain. Compared to physical rehab facilities I have tried, far more effective at a lower cost. If you golf, you need Aarons program, period.

I belonged to a gym for years. Motivated in spurts and never really seeing the results I hoped to see. I tried Aaron for free for a week and was hooked. Aaron/Balance your Fitness has changed my life! I used to dread going to the gym, but I actually look forward to working out now. Very little equipment is needed, so I am able to workout wherever I am. Aaron is incredibly flexible and worked with me to create a zoom schedule that fits into my busy life. Each 40 minute class is made up of exercises that he planned out especially for me and my abilities. He is focused on getting me the results I want without injury or beating up my body, like I have done in the past. I’m actually paying less for personalized workouts than I was my old unpersonalized gym! I cannot recommend Aaron enough! If you’ve been on the fence, just try the free class. I’m so glad I did! 4 months later and I don’t see myself quitting anytime soon!

I have a bulge disc in my lower back and have been to physical therapy a countless amount of time. However I have always stopped going because I would end up in more pain than when I started. I was introduced to Aaron and Balance Your Fitness thru a friend of mine. She thought he would help my back and she was 100% correct. He does a fantastic job of making sure the workouts are good for my fitness level and for my back. I have been working out with him for a month and this is the FIRST time I have not been in pain from working out! Aaron is great with mixing up the workouts while still focusing on the maximum effect with no pain. I definitely would recommend Aaron and Balance Your Fitness to anyone who wants to strengthen and improve your body while not having any soreness or pain afterwards!!
