Bryce is a game changer!
He helped me so much during my second pregnancy, postpartum and years later. He is extremely knowledgeable and will go out of his way to find what works best for you.
His methods work so well and with his training app it’s easy to use and to continue at home or another gym too.

Bryce is the best in the business at what he does, my interest was peaked when I followed his social media and learning why I was always in pain after my regular gym workouts. Not only did he show me workouts to greatly improve my health but showed me methods to avoid being in pain as well.

Bryce is an excellent trainer. He listens to your goals, creates programs for your goals, and diligently pays attention to your progress. He notices things such as a movement or wince and immediately checks in to see if something is causing you pain or a problem. If it is, he is amazing at creating an exercise or stretch routine that truly fixes the issue and keeps you working out pain-free and without causing damage. Very supportive and creates a good culture that makes working out enjoyable. I recommend him if you are ready to start or continue a workout habit - you will be pleased with his support and coaching and it will keep you committed to working out!

Bryce has got to be, without a doubt, one of the best trainers in Lansing. He’s helped me improve my shoulders, feet and knees, and taught me how to manage almost all of my pain through loosening tight muscles that I never even thought about before. I’m stronger, more flexible, and more comfortable than I’ve been since I was probably 10 years old lol. I recommend him to everyone I talk to about fitness and can’t wait to get more of my family working with him. You won’t be disappointed with what he can do for you.

When I first started working with Bryce he asked what my goals were. I told him I wanted to run again. He listened to what I wanted and put together a program to help me achieve that goal. The program started out at my level and as I progressed the program progressed adding more difficulty and movement until I could reach my goal and even achieve more than I could have dreamed.
Bryce is great to work with. He has been super supportive and encouraging as I have been moving forward in my health journey. He has been a great motivator for me to achieve and exceed my goals.

For me having a coach/trainer is not about getting big muscles. It’s about building a stronger body and having proper function in my body long-term. Bryce has been helping me get back my arm function. I have dealt with frozen shoulders for a very long time. I have more functionally now in my shoulders than I have had over 10 years. I no longer take over the counter pain Meds on a daily basis.
