Great gym. Daily personalized group classes. No day is the same. Nice people of all ages. Jen is a talented intuitive owner/trainer and has created a great environment that allows for as little or as much as you are willing to put the time in for.

I am not quite sure how to put into words the community Bell's Gym has; I have never experienced a more welcoming environment. The workout classes are offered throughout the day, for every person, and body type. After belonging for six months now, I still have yet to experience the same work out. Every day is different, and each day I go I learn to push myself a little further, in a safe and healthy way.

I love this place!!! It has challenged me way more than any place I’ve ever been to! I love the attention given to good form- injury is the most discouraging thing, and Bell’s really watches yo make sure you are doing the exercises correctly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This workout has changed my body and mindset. If you are already working out at another gym, I challenge you to come try Bell’s Gym for a week. Why? Because the environment is welcoming and everybody knows everyone in town, the classes are different each day, which challenges your whole body, focusing on core, balance and mind. Best gym experience out there! Been to various places in the past and Bell’s tops them all. Jen does a great job changing it up everyday to keep it challenging and fun. Wide range of class times to fit any schedule, even a 5:00 am, which I love. Great way to start the day!

Love working out here. The workouts are challenging for my husband and I both- even though we are at different strength/fitness levels. The trainer is great about modifications for injuries/abilities too- even when I had a broken leg I was still able to keep coming and do a sit down workout. Great, friendly vibe too!

If you are looking for a gym that meets you at your level of fitness and improves you beyond what you thought possible, this is the place. The class format keeps me accountable to show up everyday, where as a big gym you could not show up and no one would notice.
It's a wonderful group of people, and my days wouldn't be the same without starting it with them! Owner and Coach Jen is helpful, honest and always willing to put in the extra effort for your personal growth.
