Our daughter LOVES coming to gymnastics here! Marlena, in the front, is very nice, thorough and helpful! We have had coach Erin and coach Emily and really like them both!! They have helped our daughter learn lots and fall in love with the sport. They also were very accommodating when helping to form a group class.

We were there for a birthday party and while it was our first time there I was pleasantly impressed. The place is old but is clean and well maintained. The coach was very attentive and really caring for each guests, even remembering everyone’s names(!). She made the time at the gym very enjoyable for the kids with many obstacle courses and games.
The eating time was run very efficiently and orderly. Although the host brought a lot of items as backup, they provided with most of the items needed to serve.
My daughters thoroughly enjoyed their time there.

Terrible customer service. My daughter has been going there for over and year and while she enjoys it, the place is run very poorly. We were told too late that she was able to move up to the next level, and there was no room left in the next level class. We were then given incorrect information saying I could sign her up but when I called the next day to pay, I was told by a different person they could not sign her up. I had already told my child and she was so excited…so now I have to disappoint her yet again due to their mismanagement.
I have asked to speak with the owner on several occasions, but she has never reached out to me either via email or phone. If you are looking for a place for your child to do gymnastics, I would look for a different place that had more respect for their customers.

Daughter went to a birthday party for a classmate and the customer service was horrible. A few reasons: 1) Only 1 staff member to work the afternoon (understand everyone is short staffed but but she was very overwhelmed) 2) had 2 liter sodas for the girls but parent forgot cups. Asked the lady to use their cups and was told no…we are talking about10 kids and a $2 pack of cups…so the kids drank water with their pizza …unacceptable 3) i feel if it was my daughter’s birthday I would not recommend this location…I can’t imagine spending my money for this type of service

We inquired about gymnastics camp for our daughter, who was a year younger than the class. Bloomfield Gymnastics said no problem and had her attend. After 1 day, they told us she was too young and could not return because she would distract older kids training the next day. They offered a credit. We asked for a refund which was justified in the situation, we’re not in the business of loaning them money for a year. The owner refused to issue a refund and the representative left a voicemail with numerous lies and misstatements as to why which were quite offensive. We found another gymnastics camp about 20 minutes away from our home, she was placed with kids her age and thrived! We will never return and suggest you take your aspiring gymnasts to another gym, the extra 10 minute drive will be worth it.

This Bloomfield gymnastic is awesome!!! Their coaches are super nice and they make gymnastic more fun... I remember I use to go to another one and they didn't teach me anything but now I go to this one and now it's so much better... I have been at that gym for 4 years🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗😇😇😇😇

This building is so dirty. My daughter and I both had to take allergy meds after just visiting the building. Nice people though.
