I was looking for a gym that offers the training, support, hours and location to best suits my needs. I found it at FBBC. My body has completely been transformed, physically, mentally I'm stronger and the healthiest I've been in 25 yrs. The encouragement from other members, staff, trainers is fantastic. This is a welcoming gym. Go at your own pace and modify...it does work. Consistency and dedication will pay off and have you feeling better and more confident with each workout.

I’m new to Bloomfield Hills Fitness Body Boot Camp but I can say that after just 2 sessions I know I found my place! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are super motivational. This is the place that listened to all the busy people and made a workout accessible while also being challenging. I started about a month ago and when I miss a class, I am sad! I LOVE Bloomfield Hills Fit Body Boot Camp. The workouts are Intense and very Challenging. The coaches are the Best!!! Just when you think your tank is empty they have the ability to push you to do 1, 2 even 3 more burpee’s, squats, kettle bell swings or jumping jacks. You leave everything you have on the mat before the clock stops. Bloomfield Fit Body Boot camp is AWESOME!! I Could have enrolled in many other FFBC, but I selected this one. The energy and atmosphere at this camp is highly contagious. It has been almost two months since I enrolled. Every session I attend motivate, encourages and inspires me to attend the next session. The sessions are so exhilirating that you don't want to leave at the end of the session. Everyone is extremely friendly, the music is heart thumbing and really gets you moving. I can't stop moving (dancing) from the time I get in until I leave. All of The Coaches Rajvee, Shefali, Sarah, and Johnny are very professional and really gives us a great work out. Using the equipment is easy and the rotation to the different stations are a smooth transition.
People this FFBC is the real deal!!!! If you ever thought about joining a FBBC, you definitely will not be disappointed at the Bloomfield Hills Location at Opdyke & South Blvd. in Bloomfield Hills. "Come on over and watch the session" you will immediately get my vibe! you will not be disappointed.

Clean gym, friendly and encouraging coaches and owners who really seem to care, accountability, and a great workout in just 30 minutes. I love the variety of exercises they prepare for each workout and you can tell that they are well thought out with no two workouts being the same. The 30 minutes never gets boring and it flies by. They have an app for scheduling your sessions/tracking your attendance and they keep the sessions small enough to be able to focus attention on every member. After a few weeks into the program I’m really impressed with what I’m getting out of it.
