I hate to have to day this but I was told face to face that my account would not be charged since there's no way to work out and yet I was charged not only that when I called the bank they told me there was a fifty dollar charge in June why that was idk I never agreed to any contract so that's weird too. Then I try to go on the app and it has the nerve to not allow me to sign in stating I need to update my payment information. Not sure what to think bc I really like you guys but can't understand what's going on. Now I have to cancel my card to avoid this happening again.

Joined this gym and in the first month the roof caved in and now they are telling me that I have to pay 175 to cancel my plan even though they have zero answers about when they are opening back up. Wouldn’t bother doing business with them for anyone thinking of joining. Only response I get it “ the outside portion is open”.

Update : this place is so shady they are closed but are still charging 175 to cancel and even though payments are supposed to be paused they charged me today. Also no one answers the phone and they are not on Facebook anymore or I’m blocked. All of this drama just to workout is ridiculous.

I would caution anyone thinking of joining this gym to read the contract very carefully and track their charges closely. I was billed fees outside of the agreed dates and amounts listed in my signed contract. When I asked about this, I was not given a helpful resolution. I ultimately had to request cancellation after being charged additional amounts I did not authorize.

I’m sharing this so others can be aware and avoid going through a similar situation. I hope the management improves their billing practices and communication in the future.

This was my gym before relocating out of state and I was able to visit while returning home for a visit. The new ownership has done an amazing job at re-vamping and turning it into a better space. Excellent layout with a great spread of equipment along with an outdoor exercise space making the facility the best gym for a variety of training types.

This gym is great! The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a good variety to choose from. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I love that it’s open 24/7, so I can get a workout in any time I’m able. It’s got a great vibe and never feels too crowded. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay fit and enjoy their workouts!
