About the Club

Our studio offers equipment Pilates , Personal Training ,Nero Muscular Modulation and Mixed Martial Arts. We provide our clients with a personalized program that includes @home routines as well as a nutritional collaboration. Clients get the support and education in order to have the success and autonomy it takes to transform.
Body by Ahdi weights and pilates serves clients in small groups of 4 as well as 1 on 1, 1 on 2 training. To ensure the customer service and focus on form you deserve.
Our studio specializes in exercise for those over coming Parkinsons. sponsored by LucasStrong and the Michigan Parkinson's Foundation those with Parkinsons qualify for a discounted package,

Great instructors and trainers!! Everyone I have worked with has always made sure everything felt right on my body to reduce unwanted stress on my joints and places it’s not supposed to be, and I’ve put on just around 15 pounds of muscle in about 7 months.

Due to decades of playing/coaching sports & being in a couple accidents, I have dealt with difficult neck, lower back and hip issues. I’ve tried everything from chiropractors to yoga and nothing has yielded more significant results than working with Ahdi and his team (Especially Cole & Jean).

Also of importance, is how genuinely Friendly, Fun and Non-judgmental his clientele are. I look forward to coming every day.

In short, the whole body and whole person approach used by Ahdi with his coaching and training is life changing for the better. He truly cares for his clients and spends time making sure they are doing the right things to improve their overall wellness. I highly recommend Body by Ahdi.

The long version, I had a very bad SI joint issue that was making it hard to move, walk or do anything. I was walking down the ally and Ahdi saw me and took pity on my poor physical condition and insisted that I come in for a session to see if he could help me. He did a gait analysis and saw where I had tension. He spent time finding the points on my body that had issues. After a session of protocol massage and some extra time with stretching and massage. I felt better and I knew I needed to spend more time working with Ahdi. After several more sessions of stretching, massage, exercise moves specific to my body’s needs. There was finally light at the end of the tunnel of healing. Now I am two months out from my injury and I am able to do preventative exercises and help to prevent this from happening again in the future. I am very grateful for all of the dedicated time and attention Ahdi spent working with me. I know how much he wants to help his patients to be the healthiest versions of themselves. He cares and it shows. I highly recommend Body by Ahdi to anyone that wants to improve their overall wellness.

Body By Ahdi, it is a very unique and special place! The atmosphere is very calming and home like. I have always felt intimidated, nervous, and lost walking into a gym but here I feel calm and confident!
Ahdi and Cole both have a ton of knowledge they evaluate and approach everyone individually based on their needs. My husband and I go together and have both had very personalized experiences and have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills.
I have not gone to any Pilates classes but I am very confident the instructors and classes have the same feel as the personal training sessions and am looking forward to attending some in the future!

I have been a client at Body by Ahdi for about 8 years and I can not say enough good words about Ahdi and his staff. Ahdi is truly an expert at his craft. Every workout starts with open communication to determine your level and how your body is feeling. I have had the pleasure of working with Audi 1:1 for many years, my fitness level has improved greatly and has given me enough confidence to start with the group pilates (trios). I have recently been doing trio's with Jennifer. Even though a trio has 3 people, I feel like I'm in a private 1:1 the way Jennifer watches and makes sure you are in proper form, if you need a modification Jennifer always offers a way to do the exercise that works for you! Jennifer really is amazing. I recently have been consistent, doing the trio's 2-3 times a week, after 6 sessions I had someone comment on how my body has changed!! Yes in 6 sessions there was a noticable difference! Thank you Jennifer for making such a difference!! I must say... the name of the studio is spot on... "Body by Ahdi"!!

I have been attending the trio pilates classes at Body by Ahdi for several months now and I cannot rave enough about how much I love not only the studio, but the instructors.

Ahdi is extremely knowledgable at his craft and genuinely cares for the wellbeing of each client.

The group classes are small allowing the instructors to give personalized assistance if you’re not coming in for 1:1 trainings.

They have a great way of tailoring workouts to match your goals. Incorporating different techniques based on pilates principles, or including heavy lifting if you want, is something you can't find at many facilities. I couldnt ask for a better teacher & trainer. I first started classes after I broke my elbow playing basketball in search of a workout regime i could do while recovering. His workouts felt very personal and brought me back to full strength and range of motion. Through this time he offered advice on additional workouts I could suppliment my past workout with, and attacked muscle groups ive never done before. I still go back to this day.

I'd highly recommend Ahdi for any of your fitness goals and needs!

I wanted to start working out with a personal trainer, and after meeting Ahdi I was motivated to take that step. That was over four years ago and at that point in my life I was the heaviest I had ever been. Plus I was suffering from one injury after another, which was keeping me from playing tennis. Ahdi did a great job helping me to get stronger while working around my injuries. It was a slow process and he was so very patient. I have been injury free for over 3 years now, I’m down 45 lbs., and I feel so much stronger in general, which shows when I’m playing tennis and has really helped to improve my game.
Ahdi is an amazing coach, trainer, motivator, and friend. Whatever challenge you’re facing he’s there with a great idea or suggestion to help you through it. He takes his profession seriously and his commitment to your success is like no other. I met Ahdi almost 3 years ago. Initially he was working with my daughter who is a college athlete. He worked with her on Proper lifting, core strength and athletic ability. When she went off to college I stated working out with Ahdi. I had been having difficulty with body soreness that was interfering with my home workouts. It was so great to find someone who understands what level I am physically and work to improve my movement and reduce my pain. In the last 6 months we have added the Neuromuscular modulation to my program and I believe it has significantly helped with my freedom of movement and pain as well. The combination of Pilates, strength workouts and tissue recover has been a game changer for me! Now I have my husband joining me. As a physical therapist I am very picky about who I work with. I've been working out with Ahdi for around 5 years now. He's the personal trainer for our company provided workouts and he is amazing. He's helped me improve my fitness in just about every way. I'm finally working out 5 days a week, which has helped me improve my strength and endurance. Now I feel, like I can do anything I put my mind to. If my kids want to play basketball, if a friend wants to run a 10k, or if I just want to swim all the way across the lake, I'm now able to do so. During our strength training sessions Ahdi has tough me to use proper form, the importance of sleep, hypertrophy, and time-under-tension. Most importantly he's encouraged me to push myself with the right amount of intensity so that I'm not just going through the motions, but rather, making significant gains. I now feel like I'm working out "smart," not just hard.
