Brock is one of the best trainers in metro Detroit. As someone who also works in fitness, I am very particular about who I take training advice from. Brock's programming is science-based and no BS. It is not just following trends and aesthetic workouts, but truly working clients through progressive overload to receive optimal results. He corrects form and ensures you are getting the most out of each exercise. I hope there are more group class offerings coming soon.

Can not recommend Brock enough! I’ve trained with him for over a year doing his group classes and personal training as well. His 1on1 training is so attentive and he’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. When I first started training with Brock, I had no idea how to lift weights and was honestly really intimidated. I used to struggle with back pain and was nervous I’d make things worse. Been working with Brock for over a year now 1:1 and classes almost every week. It can be a bit pricey for the 1:1 but it has been the best investment I’ve made for myself. I don’t regret one dollar spent. One thing for me that separates Brock from other trainers is his critique on form. I never knew how many exercises I was doing wrong until I started training 1:1 with him. Brock was very patient with me and we worked on it. He gave me a checklist and we reviewed each step every time I got myself ready to perform the exercise. Afterwards he always double checks to make sure my back is okay too. I’m happy to say I can deadlift and squat with proper form. I’ve worked with other trainers before and I always left with very bad back pain to the point that I stopped working out to avoid making it worse. It used to be so bad I would have to see the chiropractor, take steroids and alter my daily activities. Nowadays my back pain is literally nonexistent. Im doing things I’ve never done before without any back pain. I look forward to every workout and I can’t wait to wake up early on Saturday to go to class. He has changed the trajectory of my life. I mean look at my before and after… it speaks for itself. Thank you so much for what you do Brock. I appreciate you.

Brock is great. I just started going to him recently. He gives excellent instruction and what he does works. I've been a fairly avid gym goer but didn't really train lower body before coming to see him. I’ve been working out with Brock for going on 2 years now. I started with his group classes and have added in 1 on 1 and small group training. Brock has trained me through a pregnancy and now through postpartum. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to proper training for pre and post baby. He knows when to modify and when to really push you to your best potential. His group classes are a great workout as well. He coaches classes in “semesters” or 8-10 week programs so you know what you’re getting every time you go and you will see results. Over an 8 week time frame you can feel yourself getting stronger and you’ll notice it too when you add weight to your bar each week. Brock can train anyone from a complete beginner to an experienced fitness fanatic that just wants a different or new approach.
