I became a member of this gym last February and I absolutely love it. It is a very nice atmosphere, clean and well maintained. Randy, the owner is very polite and accommodating. I have met several people that I now call friends thru the attached yoga studio. I love the classes and look forward to attending twice weekly. The instructor Barb makes the class a relaxed atmosphere along with being fun at the same time.

Very nice gym that is clean and has a lot of equipment to use. They have clean bathrooms with showers. It's open 24 hours with s security camera so you feel safe. They offer Yoga classes that are adjacent to the gym in a spacious room. All around beautiful facility that offers many activities in a small community.

Clean, spacious, and well maintained. Machines are always available and gym goers are polite and keep to themselves. People are good about keeping machines cleaned and adjusted after use, which I appreciate as a shorter person. I always feel safe coming here and 24/7 access is easy and convenient. Shower and amenities are nicely stocked and seem to be in new condition, though I've never needed to use them. The owner was kind and respectful, informative and helpful when I asked all kinds of questions about signup and membership fees.

Very nice small town gym. Owners are awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. I joined with friends we’ve been going regularly. It has everything we need and enjoy it every time we go.

This gym offers space and variety. You have plenty of room to workout without feeling cramped. Along with access to equipment for any need. The bathrooms are spacious and stocked for patrons. They even offer tanning and a massage chair. It is also great that they welcome children and offer amenities like bean bag chairs so parents can still get a work out in. If you have not been to the attached yoga studio I highly recommend it is Gorgeous.

This gym has been beautifully renovated. There is a lot of equipment to change up the routine. I love that the gym has 2 very nice bathrooms including showers for those early morning workouts. The yoga studio is also a lovely addition. I've been a member for a couple of years now, and have nothing but great things to say.

Went there for the first time two days ago and going back today. Randy, Navy veteran, is friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped and all machines function well. Can't add much more than to agree with those who have posted 5 star reviews prior to me.

This gym has everything I need and wonderful automatic massage chair to use at the end of your workout! Spa-like amenities and friendly atmosphere. I am always greeted by other gym users when I come in. So pleased this gym is also in-network with Silver Sneakers and Silver and fit insurance plan. Always a good work out!

As someone who has never worked out before I was intimated at first, but right from the start I received amazing help. I was walked through the gym, having every piece of equipment explained which made me much more confident about getting started. On top of that the owner went out of his way to talk me through multiple questions, and even wrote down a workout plan personally designed for myself and my needs. The gym itself is very well taken care of, and has all the equipment you need. I would recommend this gym to anyone, but especially if you're someone who is just getting started.

Fantastic place to work out! I love that they have multiple sets of nice dumbbells and multiple racks for bench pressing, squats, and any exercises you’d need a barbell for. The cable machine is also great and easy to use. I don’t use the other machines as much but I’ve seen the owner assisting others with how to use them. It’s not a huge gym but it has everything I need and even some extra space for floor exercises in the main weight room.
