I LOVE coming to Boomers. The staff is very encouraging and engaging. I have a torn meniscus and bakers cyst in my knee, the trainers are very helpful in giving me alternatives to the exercises so I do not injure them any further. Highly recommend to everyone no matter their age.

This place is very welcoming. Staff is professional and friendly. Even the members are nice. I'm was very self-conscious about being obese and going there but it's a Non judgmental space. I need a more modified training right now due to my size but this place is Perfect for those people who are looking for a great boot camp.I highly recommend it!

I love boomers! I stopped going here back in 2019, and then after gyms were able to open back up in 2020 I started at a different bootcamp which it was great there also and I have no complaints about the place but what I realized is that I missed boomers! Boomers pushes you harder in your work out and I feel like they are more interactive if you need help with your diet, if you need help with modifying or with correcting your form. You will definitely feel at home here. All of the staff are super friendly and is truly a judgment free place to workout!

I love coming to workout. The trainers always know who you are and motivate you. It is a great workout that changes daily and works different body parts everyday. It is under 50 minutes so fits in everyday! Love it!

Boomers is much more than a gym, it truly is a family and the positive energy you’ll feel when you walk in the door is unmatched. The staff truly care about their clients and helping them achieve their goals. They’ll work with you on your nutrition as well to make sure your success continues outside of the door. I love that the classes are 30-40 minutes long, easy enough to fit into a busy schedule. Don’t let the β€œshort” class time fool you though, you’re going to break a sweat and see results! I’ve been going to Boomers for almost a year and I truly couldn’t be happier I joined.

Best gym ive been to. Clean and not too small! Trainers are motivating and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Not to mention the workout are AWESOME, I go 4 to 5 days a week and love it. Worth every penny!
