We enjoy the boxing training greatly. Coaches are talented, the owner is top notch and the experience has made my son very physically strong. As demanding as the conditioning is, he loves it and feels proud of himself. Sparring is his favorite, of course. Getting in the ring is a thrill that he'd do all day. It is always appropriate to know how to defend yourself and to understand what you're capable of doing, we believe. Building his physical power and recognizing his ability makes him innately able to "use his powers for good." A very worthwhile use of time, money and energy. Highly recommend.

I've taken Cuban Salsa classes (nearly) every Monday since the beginning of July. I've learned a lot and the instructors have been great to work with. They also do corporate events which are very well organized.

Clare is an incredible yoga teacher and boxing instructor. I have trained with her in yoga for the last eight year and traveled with her to Cuba for a women’s boxing and yoga retreat that was incredible. Clare is amazing at getting to the root of athlete’s block, and pushes in ways that are productive and transformative. I highly recommend Clare both as a coach, or as a drop in instructor. She will make you feel truly accomplished by the time you leave her gym.

Clare and her team did an amazing job with my son. He absolutely loved boxing with her (even though I wanted to faint on the sidelines from exhaustion just watching). He began to go back so after his busy sports season we will be back in ASAP. I can not express enough how wonderful this place is

My son has some social anxiety and lack of self confidence. Being in the gym with Coach Clare has really brought him out of his shell. He loves going to class with his boxing family. His confidence in life is incredible now. I watch every class he attends, and it always amazes me how Coach Clare makes sure that each individual person is getting what they want out of class. She incorporates the entire mind and body into her training. My daughter is now training with Coach Clare as well. She's a tough young lady, and Clare is always embracing that. She pushes my daughter to always set another goal once she crushes the current one.
When I say BHI is a family, I mean it. The level of kindness, encouragement, respect, and compassion everyone has for each other is extremely heart warming. Come try it out. You'll be addicted instantly!!!!
