I want to cancel the membership you had me sign for a year. You regretted to tell me you were closing your doors 3 weeks after I signed. Full of broken unusable equipment. Your number don’t even work and you keep taking money from me with no services rendered. Stop scamming people and let me cancel. I will be putting this on every online place I can to warm consumers. Only number that works is the bill payment center that can’t give me answers as to how to contact you. I’ve sent numerous emails for 4 weeks no response. Told my membership would be honored at another gym but when I Google this gym it’s not even in michigan. You refuse to stop auto pay because you say your justified because your closing is temporary and you will be open 01/01/2022!!!! What makes you think that’s ok!!!SCAMMERS!!!If I could give 0 stars I would!

Received a random charge today from this company - went to GOWorkout May 2019-May 2020, didn't renew because during my membership they switched over to a boxing gym which is not what I wanted. Stopped using the gym about halfway through the membership. No big deal though paid my contract out. Now I get a $25 charge out of the blue and I haven't been to this gym in over a year. Charge is disputed and will update my review if issue is corrected. I'll also update otherwise, looking at some other reviews I'd say tread lightly.

Buyers beware. We have sent the gym 2 notices of contract termination starting on 9/14/2020. All these notices were sent in accordance with the original contract that became legally voidable following their move and rebranding. Their billing company continues to draw money out of my account which I have won the EFT dispute on through my bank. When I call the billing company they keep referring me back to the company that does not return calls. Go elsewhere and do not trust them with financial information.

These creeps emailed me out of the blue. I don't know how they got my contact info - I think maybe they're a rebranded Go Fitness.

I've never opted in to their emails, and I believe they're just unethically harvesting email addresses from somewhere.

As someone who wasted money on a boxing gym back in the day - just buy your own heavy bag and stand for as much as these guys charge in two months. Boxing Gyms aren't worth it unless you *really* like that atmosphere, but even then, don't go with this company, because they're sketchy AF.

Do not go here! This gym is just a rebranded Go Workout, a chain who has had class action lawsuits brought against them for dirty billing practices. The Attorney General of Michigan herself went after Go Workout for violating the Michigan Consumer Protection Act.

I have run into many issues with my old Go Workout membership. Do not be fooled like I was.

Go Workout has rebranded to this gym now. I had a membership with Go Workout years ago and did not renew. In fact, I called and asked to please do not automatically renew me because the gym keeps moving and it’s inconvenient to me at this point. Months go by and during the COVID pandemic where gyms aren’t even allowed to be open, this new gym have been emailing and texting me about payments and I was actually charged $25 (for what I assume is the annual maintenance fee). A company cannot charge for service if they are not providing it! And also, I canceled my membership and asked to not renew!! And I know I’m not the only one in this boat! These people are scammers. Do not give them your money!

BEWARE!!! The gym has changed names AGAIN which gives them a clean slate for reviews. During the Covid shut down I started getting email saying I owed money to a gym whose name I'd never even heard of. I called the billing company to learn that this was the gym I had a contract with, but that ended last year. They told me I had to wait until the gym open back up and ask them for a copy of my contract. I've been calling the billing company at least once a month for them to update me because they're old number, website, and Google listing went out of service during the shutdown. Though the billing company is still using the old name they were finally able to give me a new number. Still can't get a hold of anybody and I've sent a few emails that have gone unanswered. I signed up for this gym back when it was under a different name and had three locations. Slowly each location shut down, until there wasn't any left under the original name. They change names, but don't inform members (to my knowledge this will be the third name change). I signed up for a two year contract during a promotion. My contract had a locked in price, so that when it was time to renew it I would still be billed at the promotional price. I did not renew as I wasn't even living in Michigan at the time. They are now attempting to charge me double what I paid before. Luckily the bank put a stop to it, but not until they got nearly five more months of payments from me.
