Great compassionate instructors who offer classes that fit all needs and abilities in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each class has the option of in-person or online.

I took teacher training from Marlo. I was ready to teach when I graduated.
They have great classes too. Marlo is still my favorite teacher. I recommend Chela Yoga 100%.

This is a wonderful place to practice yoga. The teachers are great, I haven't found one I don't like. I have issues with pain and am encouraged to do what feels good there. My favorite class is the bedtime class because I wake up more refreshed the next day!

Atmosphere is nice and the classes reduce my chronic muscle pain.
The door is locked just before the session starts so the class in progress is not disturbed. I get there about 10 or 15 minutes early, which is enough time to get ready when inside.

Comfortable, clean, home-y studio with excellent teachers. Atmosphere is relaxing and not at all gym-like, like some other studios in the area. Classes range from yin to gentle to more challenging hatha style offerings, as well as meditation classes and workshops. Great studio for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. The owner of the studio, Marlo, teaches several classes and also does teacher trainings - she is fantastic and very knowledgeable.

This place is a SCAM I prepaid for the class online following the schedule they provided, I arrived and there was no one there I walked to the door and they were locked i called multiple times and no one answered so I guess I lost my money and didnβt even get a class DONT GO HERE ITS A SCAM donβt get robbed of your money like I did.

Exceptional small yoga studio with fantastic instructors. Very welcoming and friendly, and the classes are great. I particularly like the Yin class with Mary, the Bedtime Yoga class with Daniele, and the Hatha 2.0 class taught by the owner, Marlo. Plenty of good quality props to use, and a little boutique store up front that carries a cute selection of jewelry, clothing, books, soaps, mats and more. Parking is behind the building, off Tull Drive. They also offer slow flow Vinyasa classes, Vin/Yin classes and more. And they have a Friday happy hour deal where Friday classes are $5. No power yoga or hot yoga here, which is one of the many reasons I like Chela. Also, the instructors are very willing to adapt to the needs of the class, whether that means offering options to accommodate people with limited mobility, or modifications for beginners through more advanced yogis. I love Chela, and it's become my home studio.

I was worried about attending classes because I'm overweight but everyone made me feel welcome and the teachers are patient and down to earth. It's a really comfortable, non judgemental studio. I feel safe there and accepted. Plus I am learning alternate ways to do poses I am as yet unable to do the regular way. This is a wonderful place with exceptional people.
