I signed up for the 4 week trial 3xs a week. I ABSOLUTELY loved it and in that short period of time I could actually see some changes . I feel stronger and have been drinking more water then I have in the past. Coach Chris is encouraging and optimistic! His playlist is Awesome too! Thank you for jumpstarting my healthier lifestyle.

I started my fitness journey 6 months ago with Chris and my strength, confidence and health has dramatically improved.

Chris has made the sessions most enjoyable, many times hard, but his warm personality, commitment and knowledge helped motivate me. The information and knowledge he imparted about the body and muscles were most helpful as he explained what the exercises were accomplishing. Because he loves what he does, he pushed you to try your best.

Truly life changing!
Coach Chris is a wonderful trainer. He has given me so much more knowledge around fitness, and helped me reach fitness goals I never thought I could in a safe rewarding way. Having workouts planned for me and my specific goals, and not trying to weed through online workouts that may or may not be effective or even doable is a huge bonus!

I have been working out with Chris for a few months and I could not be happier with my progress! I have neck and back issues and Chris did a fantastic job of determining where I was (in terms of fitness capabilities) and modifying exercises so that I felt that I got a good workout in but also most importantly so that they were safe for my chronic issues. I feel challenged by the workouts but he challenges us in ways that set us up for success not failure. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I am no stranger to health and fitness etc. I just needed someone to guide me in the correct form and to give me that positive self talk that I didn't do for myself. I put myself on the backburner for years to raise my family, and so my health and fitness declined bigtime. I just didn't put the time and energy into myself.
