We are very happy to have Coach Kyle as our fitness instructor. He is very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Although we have not worked out much for the past few years, Coach Kyle helped us quickly get back on our feet and establish good habits. With the personalized workout trainings, the online nutrition courses, and the weekly challenges, we can already notice the change when we look at ourselves in the mirror, after only several weeks. The training sessions never felt boring and stressful at all, because Coach Kyle chatted with us on interesting topics and encouraged us to push our limits. He truly cares about his clients and genuinely enjoys helping people achieve their fitness goals. Thank you Coach Kyle!

We can’t say enough good things about Coach Kyle. Kyle is personable, encouraging, and always fun to work with. My husband and I have been in the Duo Program with Kyle for the past 6 months, and he was able to design effective training sessions to accommodate our very different fitness goals. Kyle is great about keeping training sessions progressive, adapting to our ability levels, keeping it safe, but giving us enough push th we were able to see results in just a month. What I love about training with Kyle is that it’s not just about what happens at the gym - Kyle educates us on healthy eating and habits and checks in with us weekly to make sure we stay on track with healthy living goals we set together.

The Fitt Factory, where Kyle holds his training sessions, is a nice, clean gym that only takes private sessions. If you prefer a more private environment, this will be a great spot for you.

I have really enjoyed working with Kyle the last 6 months. He has been very accommodating with my schedule, and tailors our goals as my needs evolve and change. He has consistently brought new workouts to focus on my goals and our sessions really fly by! Working out with Kyle was one of the greatest times of my every-day routine and I miss it so much! My body had never looked as healthy and strong as it did during my time with CK without me even noticing the hard work because time spent with him is so enjoyable! The fitness factory is complete, clean gym and the overall vibe was great. Coach Kyle has been awesome to me. He is super nice and friendly, Kyle takes personal interest and counsel throughout your fitness journey and he motivates with his new tips and tricks to achieve the goals. Loved working out with Coach Kyle! He helped me set realistic goals and a personalized fitness program to keep me motivated. He pushed me past my comfort level, something I find difficult to do on my own. He was also very attentive to lower back injury and suggested alternative moves, if needed. It is well worth the investment. Highly recommended!

Coach Kyle is the best! I was struggling to figure out a proper fitness routine and felt lost until I found Kyle. He keeps me motivated during workouts and his program has been a great experience so far. He helped me set realistic goals and his workouts are awesome. Coach Kyle, was able to help me hit my fitness goals this year! I was working out for over a year and half and hit a plateau and was not understanding why I could not get to the next level to achieve my goals. Coach Kyle, planned out a nutritional strategy by setting weekly objectives using an app-based tracking of meals and setting attainable macros. Coach kyle, gave me suggestions on what to eat and avoid to make it possible for me to achieve my nutrition strategy. Best of all he would research my ideas to make sure that they would be okay to eat so that I could still hit my goals. I was most pleased with Coach Kyle's openness to listen to what I had to say about my ideas on my nutrition, then critique it to make it so that I could still be on track.

At the start of our four weeks, I weighed 189 lbs after following the nutrition macros I was able to get down to 174 with considerable lost around my midsection and at the same time achieved a stronger more defined body type.

Coach Kyle's openness, friendliness and expertise made it a pleasure to work with him!

A year ago, I decided that I needed to get back to the gym. I had quit my long-term gym membership in 2017 because its location was no longer convenient. To get a jump start I thought it would be a good idea to contact a personal trainer. Some research and good luck brought me to Kyle. He knows how to challenge you and equally important, when to pull back. Bottom line, I’m in much better shape than I was a year ago. It takes hard work and commitment but Kyle will get you where you need to be. Highly recommend!
