Very happy at Brighton CP so far! I love that there are so many class times, even Sunday! The staff is very warm and welcoming as are the other members. I’m so happy that I joined!

I signed up at the beginning of the month and I’ve loved it so far and am really excited to continue! All of the instructors are very helpful, clear, and willing to go the extra mile. I love planning all my classes with the app. I actually like that you get charged if you cancel a class later than 12 hours in advanced- makes sense because there’s 12 machines for each class, helps hold me accountable, and makes it so people can book a class easily if others can’t make it!

Wanted to love this place. However, the instructors are a little aloof and cold and you do a lot of the same movements and exercises every week, it’s not switched up a whole lot compared to other studios and women I’ve talked to. And in the last 2 weeks, I have been charged $15 per class that I’ve had to last minute cancel that’s out of my control - my kids have had 2 snow days, and a sick day 102° fever. And they say “they only waive the fee for emergencies”. What qualifies as an emergency to them???? After paying $220 per month, I was now charged extra fees for cancelling?!. I’m sorry, but at this rate, I can get a much better experience at a different studio for better pricing. This is not it. Don’t recommend.

This studio is just what I needed to get stronger. Each class/instructor is a little different but all of them bring something challenging to my fitness journey. Couldn’t be happier with the Brighton studio!

I joined Club Pilates 2 months ago and I absolutely love it. The instructors are all well educated and motivational. They always mention modifications for anyone that may need it and help everyone get the most out each class. I felt a difference quickly and I could see a difference pretty quickly as well. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in quite a while!

I have been a member from the beginning and I absolutely love it! All instructors are always willing to help, maybe it is pointing out that you are doing something wrong or touching you to correct your position, whatever it is I am always grateful for their help, after all it is their job! Michelle especially goes the extra mile to make sure we are doing it correctly, she really want us to get it right so we don’t hurt ourselves!!!

Most of the classes and instructors are incredible. Classes are hard to get into if you don't book far in advance or join last minute when someone else cancels. Specifically avoid any classes with Michelle K as she takes joy in being a mean girl and will publicly humiliate anyone who struggles with a position.
Editing today to add: You'll see that she has members on here that say they enjoy her class and my guess is that she asked them to add reviews after mine went up. If you make your students cry from your behavior, you shouldn't be allowed to teach classes. That type of behavior should never be acceptable nor should it happen in a fitness class we pay to attend. Multiple class members came to my defense during and after her behavior but the studio has not. Stephanie, Jody and Kendall are all incredible instructors and take the time to instruct, encourage and support those in their classes. I have never seen them be cruel, rude, or unnecessarily mean to the members in the class. I wish that was the case with Michelle K.

I've been a member since the day Brighton Club Pilates opened. All the instructor's are great although I really enjoy Michelle K's classes. She is always eager to help you correct your position and to learn new movements. I have never felt intimidated because I wasn't doing something quite right.
As others have said, it can be a challenge to get into classes but once you understand the signup process, it gets easier. I appreciate the cleanliness of the studio.

I am so happy Club Pilates is in Brighton! There is a good variety of classes and times which is great for different schedules. Everyone has their preferred teacher, but I really enjoy class with Michelle! I love the flow of her class and take multiple classes with her every week!

I joined in May 2024 with the limited membership. It wasn’t always easy to register for the classes that I wanted, especially with short notice, but also found that I wanted to attend at least 3 times a week, so I upgraded to the unlimited which allows me to schedule up to as far as a month out. I’ve worked with at least 6 different instructors and thought all were great but I have found Michelle K’s style and pace the easiest for me to follow and understand. Despite having up to 12 students in class, she is particularly good about demonstrating moves as she teaches them, as well as helping individuals to adjust their moves to derive maximum benefit and prevent injury. I’ve enjoyed Michelle so much that I have also started doing 1 or 2 private sessions a month so that I can work with her one-on-one to improve my posture and moves. I am loving my classes and am so happy that I took the plunge. I can already feel and see the difference. Special thanks to Michelle K for her efforts on my behalf!

I absolutely love the classes here. All of the instructors are really good. I make a point to attend Michelle K's classes every week. She is SO informative and makes sure everyone understands the correct way to preform each exercise, how and what part of our bodies the exercise is working, and makes sure we understand how to make corrections so we don't injure ourselves and we get the most out of our class. I am so happy with my membership.

I’ve been a member since March and just love it!! Michelle K is a great instructor! I feel like I’m learning something new each class. Keeps on our toes! Which is a good thing! It’s never boring and always challenging She and Amanda are my favorites. I’ve used the wait list a few time with much success. I’m so glad I took the chance and joined. Everyone has been very welcoming.

We went for a free introductory class, we were not allowed to increase tension to make it harder, but ok. At the end membership was discussed and discounts for some groups were discussed. My boyfriend is a Marine Corps Veteran who was injured in Iraq asked what about veterans discount? The answer is no veteran discount, corporate policy….not you know let me look into that….Veterans are why we have freedoms, but they are not good enough for a 10% discount.

I was a member for a number of months taking the 4 classes a month package. I liked the instructors and the classes. The facility was clean. Great! So why the two stars? Because it is over subscribed and if you are thinking you are going to do a class a week, think again. All of your classes are going to be the last week of the month. Then when you cancel, months later they will not respond to email and keep charging your credit card. Not cool

I had problems with the app, always on a waiting list, and personally I did not enjoy the classes. The office did try to help with the app issues, but then referred me to their app support who never contacted me. I ended up canceling my membership.

Love the classes and the facility, but there is a BIG problem getting into the classes that you want to as they are always all booked up in advance. I'm a member and this is super disappointing and frustrating. I'm paying for 2 classes a week and I have not been able to get into the days/times that I want for weeks now. Also, the communication could be much better. I was told there was a special going on to upgrade my membership, but I wasn't informed it ended the very next morning, and I wanted to upgrade to the unlimited so I would have more opportunity to get into the classes I want and so I could go more often!!

I went to the intro class yesterday. Super fun! It was 30 minutes, and it made me want to sign up for the full 50 min classes because I felt awesome, even though it wasn't that long of a class. I would have given them 5 star, but it seems to be a little too complicated to commit to a full membership, for myself, at least. I am a simple person. I feel like it's a competition to get into a class. You have to constantly check the app for openings and hope you make the classes in time in a month period before your membership lapses. Then, if you miss, you get credits, but have talk/email corporate to let them know you can't get into classes so they don't charge you. Unfortunately for me, my life is chaotic. I do not have time to not only commit to a class that I may or may not get into but to stalk my phone in hopes I can schedule a class, with all that on top of the price for the if-y commitment. If your brain can calculate and understand the complicated-ness, this place is perfect! Great vibes, super nice and sanitized. I am sad I will not be joining.. when they make it more simplified, I will be the first one at the door!
