I started a few months ago and have really enjoyed it. The teachers are all friendly and create a good variety of movement, with fun music, and offer modifying to make it more or less challenging for each body. The class goes by fast while feeling like I’m targeting all muscle groups.

I was so hesitant about trying pilates. I'm the farthest thing from fit, but it is a goal of mine. I decided to try a private class because I'm coming from fairly sedentary and didn't think I could jump in to a class. I am sooo glad I did private classes! These gals are wonderful! They guide you through everything. I've woken up muscle groups that haven't seen action in years. I've worked myself up to starting a group class. I'm going to give it a whirl. I'm so glad I have invested in myself.

Knapp Club Pilates is excellent. I go about 3 times a week and love the instructors and equipment. I love Pilates! I love my Pilates Instructor, Jennifer! After a major back surgery and having both hips replaced shortly after my husband passed away, I looked for a place to restore and recondition without it being a chore. I asked my surgeon if I could participate in Pilates again, and he highly encouraged it. I found myself doing Pilates twice weekly in this friendly, clean and comfortable studio. And after participating in a couple of Jennifer’s classes, I now schedule her classes whenever possible. Not only did she ask about my physical limitations and goals, but worked with me in modifying exercises to accommodate my limitations and encourage recovery and strengthening. She’s high energy, encouraging and supportive, as well as super knowledgeable about her instruction making every session motivating and effective. She’s personal, professional and dedicated. And she tends to choose pretty good playlists, too! She has been such an inspiration and true from the heart support for me mentally and physically in my feel better journey. And that’s her true spirit. I have expressed my feelings to Club Pilates management, my family and friends, but thought I would share with those that are on the fence about checking out Club Pilates. Talk with Susan at the front desk, she’s pretty cool, too, and a great help.

I wish I could swing the membership/use the membership.

I went to an intro class and loved it. It was advertised as free but I was charged $15 as that policy had recently changed. Still definitely worth it.

I did not end up getting a membership mostly because I travel so much for work (months at a time) and the freeze options wouldn’t work for me. I hope that maybe a month to month situation could be an option in the future or if there’s a way to purchase a pack of classes instead of having a membership.

Memberships and registration fees do seem pretty intimidating. I know Pilates is expensive but I wish there was a more accessible option.

The staff was very friendly and the studio is clean! I’d love to come back for a drop in class when I can! If you can afford it and have the consistency in your life to be able to go here, I would definitely recommend it!

I have been wanting to get more fit for a while. I was told that I was losing muscle at my last doctor's appointment and was recommended strength training. Club Pilates showed up on my feed and it looked like fun. I did not realize how out of shape I had become, but, I am enjoying the workout. All the instructors have been very helpful and encouraging. This is such an incredible exercise that is low impact but high reward. Incorporating Pilates into my lifestyle has helped me stay agile and flexible, while strengthening and toning. Having a desk job, these movements have not only helped my posture but have helped open up my shoulders and hips. The receptionists are so lovely and accommodating, and the instructors are top tier. No two classes are alike, so you’re never bored. There are also so many modifications or progressions depending on where you are at. Even if it just depends on how you are feeling that day. It’s your workout, and they strongly encourage you to listen to your body, taking breaks, modifications or progressions as needed. To be honest, I used to be afraid to join Pilates, because it seemed pretentious and intimidating, but I was so wrong. Everyone at the studio is so encouraging of one another. It’s something I look forward to daily after work to help reset my mind, body and soul. I adore my Pilates community.

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review(504 classes to be exact) but I have to say I will never stop doing Pilates. It has changed my life. I've never felt so strong, flexible and centered. I used to suffer from back pain that would keep me from doing the things I loved... but not since starting Pilates! LOVE this Club! Everyone is so nice, and the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful.
I really appreciate that they have the right ratio of members to classes offered. I took some classes at a club in FL while we were there this winter and could hardly get anything booked. They told me to check everyday to see if there were cancellations. Really? The management here is on top of those issues, adding Instructors and classes as growth occurs.
I feel so much better in my daily life as a result of Club Pilates!

I have been active in Pilates now just about three years. I started because anxiety and high blood pressure crept into my daily living pattern and I needed to find something to relieve stress. Pilates was just the thing. I feel so much better and have great core strength now too. My golf game has improved as a result of staying consistent with Pilates. My arms, shoulders, and back are so much stronger so I am able to achieve longer shots resulting in a lower score. With stronger legs and thighs the winter ski hills are easier to navigate too. I so appreciate the instructors, like Natalie, Carol, Jennifer, and Connie who challenge me each session. No two classes have ever been the same so it’s exciting to see what each instructor will bring to test our abilities at the next class. As a 72 year old I’ll keep coming as long as I’m able. I have been a member for the last year and I still love it. I am a mom of 3 littles so I’m only able to attend once/week. I will tell you after that one class I am sore for days! I have been able to build my strength and improve my balance. Love the instructor’s. Of course I have favorites, however, they are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Anything that bothers you-neuropathy, arthritis,
Hips, knees or just inflammation. I was full of inflammation and after 3 months it was gone. Not a cardio class and no peer pressure. It’s something everyone should try. I LOVE it!

I signed up for the 4 classes/month option. $104/month. It was very expensive, but the service didn't follow. The staff treats you almost like you are not welcome. If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the class, you lose it. You can't reschedule another one.

In my case, I'm a mom, so some mornings you plan to go to pilates, but your child is sick, so you can't. You unfortunately have to cancel a class. This business services women primarily, but they are not really willing to work around the unpredictable schedules some of us have as moms.

After going for about 3 months, I requested a cancelation 20 days before my next billing cycle, and they refused.

I understand I should request it 30 days before the next cycle, but I was over it. I didn't like the vibe at the studio, and I was not treated as a valuable customer.

I have worked in the customer service industry before, and I was always told to explain the policy to the customer, but if the customer insist and absolutely want their membership canceled, the agent should let them go. But these people just won't do it.

I love club Pilates and definitely have been seeing positive changes with my body! I am more toned than I have been in a long time and feel great after every work out! I go strictly for the work out! To be honest I do not feel the staff is very friendly/warm they do not greet you by name and I feel like they are kind of short when asked a question etc - overall it’s been a great experience as far as the workouts go and the app is great too! The staff can work on customer service a little more! But happy overall!

I do not HATE my Pilates classes at CP Knapp and Breton Village. And that is almost like saying I love my classes. I was not into working out before these classes. I saw the ad online and thought those machines looked like fun because well, you lay down using them. That’s pretty close to napping as far as relaxation goes in my mind. So that’s how I got started. My family keeps teasing me that I really love working out at CP and just because I am stubborn I will only go so far as to say I do not HATE my CP experience! And that’s why I keep coming back.
Great atmosphere, great instructors and front desk people. Go on, try it. You might just not hate it too.

I took my intro Pilates class at this studio and the instructor who lead there really helped sway my decision in joining Club Pilates. The fact that she, and all the instructors, go through telling you how the moves correlate with each muscle group help to contribute to the workout. The first couple of levels are very slow paced, so can be hard to stay engaged. Not sure about the other formats. Building is also a bit run down with water damage on the ceiling, etc. Was given some apparently inaccurate info about their cancellation policy and they said it was probably a former employee because “there has been some turnover” but still charged me? Not worth the high price to me.

Edit: Owner did contact me to correct the mistake after some back and forth with the front desk, so that was appreciated.

I have had pilate classes before using a mat and in a large group. It was difficult to get good instruction due to size and variety of skill levels. Club Pilates is totally different. We do floor exercises as well as use the pilates equipment. The layout of the space allows for great direct instruction. They have knowledgeable, nonjudgemental instructors, a variety of classes at different skill levels and a welcoming environment. I am so happy that I have joined their group!😀
