I have worked with many trainers, and by FAR, Jeannette was the best! She works with you by coming up with a plan that fits in line with your goals. Her personable demeanor makes you feel at ease, even when you don't know how to use equipment or have never preformed an exercise before. She gave me the accountability I needed over the last 3 years. The only reason I don't see her anymore is because I moved. Not only is she knowledgeable about fitness, she understands diet and supplements. Money and time well spent working with Jeannette!

I have been training with Jeanette for about a year. She is an exceptional personal trainer who truly understands the importance of customized training programs. Jeannette graciously accepted me as her client eight months ago. As a 64 year old, overweight woman with some physical issues, I was fairly intimidated to step foot in a gym. Jeannette made me feel comfortable. From day one she has been mindful of my concerns, always checking to see how I'm feeling. While training with Jeannette I've been able to lose 70 pounds so far, and feel great physically and mentally. She is not only a great trainer but a great person as well. Jeannette is knowledgeable, caring, funny and interesting. She is invested in me and my health journey. She absolutely puts the "personal" in personal training. I highly regard Jeannette as my trainer.

Jeannette is an amazing trainer! She does a great job understanding your goals and customizes the workouts to help you achieve those goals. I love her positivity and how she always ensures the workouts are done correctly to avoid injuries. The workouts are always interesting and challenging and Jeanette is a great motivator! Jeanette personifies the personal in the personal training aspect. Helped identify fundamental deficiencies which were impeding my workouts and helped create a non standard training program, which has helped immensely! Wouldn’t work with anyone else!

Jeannette is an incredible trainer who will challenge you, and will absolutely be able to get you the results you want (as long as you commit). Every single physical goal I've set with Jeannette (weight, strength, measurements, shape, stamina), I've been able to achieve. She designs a different work out every time, incorporating exercises that you enjoy, and is happy to do indoor and outdoor workouts. She is very careful to avoid injury, regularly checking in on how a movement feels, as well as how I'm feeling the next work out, and can adjust or change the exercise to get the desired stimulus and avoid pain or risk of injury. She is an interesting and fun person to talk to, making the work out seem like you're also getting in some social time, and which can distract you from the pain and strain of those last few reps. I've been going to Jeannette for over a year, and am in the best shape of my life. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I trained with Jeannette for over 6 months while in the Detroit area. She did a fantastic job of listening to my specific fitness goals and building workouts around them. I found her to be extremely motivational and knowledgeable, offering me consistant direction and even modifications due to a concern with my wrist. By the end of the 6 months, I was more confident on the equipment and could definitely SEE results. If you want a trainer who is results focused and a genuine joy to be around, look no further!

I have been training with Jeannette for at least 5 years. When I started with her, I had a number of maladies, shoulder issues, back issues, knee issues, sleep deprivation, and to varying degrees (depending on my consistency with workouts), these have slowly diminished. Nothing phases Jeannette. No two workouts are ever the same as she finds creative ways to work the muscle groups so as not to cause fatigue or injury. I have found that as I have committed the time and effort into following through with what she has taught, my injuries have healed and I have become stronger and less susceptible to future injury. She really understands physiology and the body, and is able to craft ongoing workouts to address the specific problems head on while setting the stage for a stronger future. She also understands how nutrition and rest play a large role in the success of the training regimen, and respectfully but firmly recommends changes where they are needed. I give my highest recommendation to Jeannette, the best trainer I have ever worked with.

Jeanette is a wonderful trainer. I started with her in July 2019 and still go to her. She works with you, even if you have a health issue with the body. For example my knee was hurting and she worked around it to now I have no problems doing exercise. I am now 233.00 when I started I was 264.

I have been a client of Jeannette's for about a year and a half now. First time leaving a review for her here. She has been an outstanding trainer since day one. Not only is she extremely capable and knowledgeable in fitness and health related issues but she has gone the extra mile for me, outside of sessions, whenever I have expressed health concerns. For example, when I decided to go off of a long term medication I was on she sent me emails about some of the health effects one may expect when weening off my particular medication. It's little things like this that make me feel like she is really interested in her client's well being. Lastly but certainly not least, she is just a really nice person with a very understanding way about her. Though this is certainly not a requirement to be a good trainer, it is definitely a bonus. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good trainer. She's also very flexible when possible, another good quality. I couldn't have lucked out more when I found her and I chose her based solely on good reviews for her and that's why I wanted to leave a review for her here from someone who has been working with her for quite a long while. In a word, she is "excellent". Also, she's excellent with teens and even helped my son get started on a routine since most of his physical extra curricular activities were cancelled due to Covid.

Jeannette is hands down the best trainer I have come across. She takes the time to understand your goals, circumstances as it pertains to reaching your goals and tailors the personal sessions as well as home regiments to fit your needs. She is professional, has an amazing personality and does the right balance of pushing you enough to kick your butt into shape! I trained with her for over a year while she was living in LA and was selfishly very sad to have her move to Michigan. It has been hard finding a replacement because Jeanette truly set the bar high to have anyone come close to replacing her. If you're looking for a great trainer, don't hesitate to give Jeanette a call. She is the best!
