Hands down the best Pilates studio around! Instructors are all friendly, extremely knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and understanding. Workouts are challenging and effective. Studio is bright and clean. Equipment is top notch. Music is always on point. The community of people is another great component of this studio!! They also collab with other cool business and have fun events.

As someone who regularly goes to the gym, this was my first time trying a Pilates reformer class—and definitely not my last. Rachel was my instructor and did an excellent job. I arrived early, and she took the time to walk me through how to use the reformer, which really helped me feel confident before we started. Throughout the class, she clearly demonstrated each movement and provided helpful corrections to ensure proper technique.

Also the merch was so cute! I purchased a crop top and the cutest strawberry grip socks

After going to another Pilates studio for well over 6 years I needed a change and a challenge. Core LP provides just that. Every single class it feels like I can't do it and then 50 minutes is suddenly over and I feel good! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly.

I’m hooked!! I’ve never tried Pilates before and my first time was here! Judy was so incredibly helpful and I love how she directs and engages with the class. It was a challenge, sure! But this is the strength training I’m looking for! You must go here!!!

Wow! This class was a burn in the BEST way. I am a long time home weight lifter and consider myself to be ”in shape” for the most part but holy cannoli did this class kick my butt! I can’t believe how much fun I had while also quite literally trembling and challenging myself in new and unique ways. My muscles were shocked in a fantastic way throughout almost the whole class. Our instructor was phenomenal, fun and definitely helped adjust along the way in a supportive and nurturing manner. 10/10 recommend!
