CrossFit On The Block has changed my life for the better forever. Their expert and professional coaching and welcoming and friendly atmosphere convinced me they were the right fit for my new journey of health and fitness. The support and camaraderie from other members is wonderful. Prior to joining I never had a gym membership and was not fit at all. Workouts can be modified and reps scaled to suit almost any one of any ability and fitness level. Coach led classes take the guess work out of the best and most beneficial hour of your day! I’m so grateful and happy with a renewed confidence in what I’m capable of. I would highly recommend The Block and the amazing community they have created!

I’ve never been a gym girl. I always have worked out at home but my friend invited me to try The Block and I fell in love with the coaching and community immediately. Great people, great workouts, great atmosphere

Weight lifting and strength training have been a big part of my life for the past 30 years. I have experienced many different gyms, coaching techniques, and workout programs along the way, as well as many different gym atmospheres. I always felt CrossFit wasn’t for me, then I met Alex and Morgan at CrossFit On The Block. It’s easy to find a gym with classes and equipment - even personal trainers. But, The Block coaches are well trained and very knowledgeable, and they are at every session monitoring form, technique, and equipment/machine readiness. The workout of the day always has variety, and is both challenging and scaleable to meet all fitness levels. In addition to the excellent coaching, variety of workouts, and constant support, The Block has a great atmosphere. People at all fitness levels are welcome at The Block and members are super friendly and supportive.

I was convinced a gym membership was never going to be in the cards for me, let alone a CrossFit gym. Morgan is such a great coach and super welcoming! You can tell how knowledgeable she is, and very helpful to those of ALL skill levels.
I'm definitely hooked! I go to ask many classes as my body and schedule will allow.

If you are looking to join CrossFit for the first time or are a seasoned athlete, I promise you won’t find anything like the experience at The Block. Morgan & Alex have poured their heart into this gym & building a community where everyone is welcome. They will push you, encourage you & stretch you out of your comfort zone. In the past 7 weeks since joining, I’ve made more improvements in my skills than I have in the last 2 years. Not only have I seen an improvement physically but also mentally. The energy and the vibe they bring to their gym and community leaves me walking out the door feeling energized & carries into the rest of my day. If you are a new athlete contemplating starting CrossFit for the first time they will make modifications you are comfortable with & I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot thank Morgan and Alex enough for this opportunity. Never did I ever see myself saying yes to a gym let alone CrossFit, but here I am ..since January 6th reaching new goals every day I show up. Morgan and Alex provide a fun, energetic, and motivating attitude every class. Their knowledge of the sport is exceptional and They make you feel comfortable no matter what level you are at (newbie to CrossFit here)! They will push you to be a better you each class, because we can do hard thing! The variety of modifications for each exercise is extremely helpful and always encouraging. The community they have built is so heart warming. Everyone is there to be a Better, stronger them and each one of us wants each other to success!
I’m going to leave it with…we don’t grow when we are comfortable. Take the leap…it’s worth it!

I have previously worked with Morgan and Alex when they were coaches over at CrossFit Torrent. Supportive and flexible when it comes to ensuring that everybody can participate in the exercises. They’re high energy and Passion for what they do keeps me coming back. As someone who never thought that they would ever say the words “I love CrossFit.” An impact on me and the way that I perceive not only the workouts but the community. They have incredible passion for their clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service that they were participating in. I love the accountability and the community as a whole it’s like Morgan and Alex, and always coming back for more, even if I don’t like exercise. They are always encouraging and respectful. They keep everyone engaged and nobody ever feels left out.

Morgan is a truly top-notch coach. She has coached me for years and helped me make tremendous progress as a CrossFitter and weightlifter, from when I started as a total beginner through now working through advanced skills. She has a great depth of knowledge on all different types of cues and knows how to find the cues and methods that work for each person. She celebrates her clients' wins with even more enthusiasm than if they were her own. Her coaching got me my first bar muscle up, first assisted ring muscle up, and a huge improvement in my rowing speed and output. I can't wait for the Block so I can be coached by her every day!
