I have been going to Curves for several years. It is the absolutely the best place for a women to work out. It is designed especially for women focusing on their specific needs. There is always a coach to help and other women that truly care about you. I encourage you to give it a try!

I've been a Curves member since 2006, and love the encouragement and support given by the staff and members there. I notice a big difference in how my body feels when I don't exercise regularly. Working out on the circuit several times a week helps me to remain strong and limber, and improves my balance.

First, I went to Curves in Whitehall where I live. Handy! But Whitehall Curves closed so I went to the North Muskegon Curves. Not so handy!! Then, the North Muskegon Curves closed. Bummer!!! I couldn't see myself going to a gym. A year and a half later, I began to feel less strong and daily activities were becoming more difficult. By now I am 75 years old and I DON'T LIKE IT. So, I bit the bullet and began driving 35 minutes one way to Curves in Spring Lake. My goal was not primarily weight loss, only strength-gaining and cardio. Whatever your concerns/goals, Curves works. And along the way, you will make new friends and find a very supportive staff. Sometimes I am tempted to not make the trip, but I am always glad I did. I usually go in the morning so the rest of my day is better.

CURVES Spring Lake is a terrific place to work out. There is a circuit of machines that provide individualized challenges based on my ability and effort. But equally important is the camaraderie and atmosphere of encouragement that is provided by other members and by owner Marsha Brownlee and her staff of coaches. The environment is not only clean and colorful, it includes posters and music to set the tone. Along with CURVES posters are numerous signs that highlight local events where members have been invited to participate aa well as congratulatory messages to members who have reached a variety of goals. There is even a list of birthdays each month!
The SRING LAKE CURVES has made my workout time thirty minutes I look forward to each day! Check it out!

Marsha, I have been having a very nice experience. I feel really good after my workouts and the ladies
working there are very well trained and very helpful, they keep it clean and the machines are always in good working condition.

I love Curves and have been going on and off for years. I like that it's women only, don't have to adjust a machine to use it and it only takes 30 minutes for the workout. Also love the stretching station, feels so good when your done! The only thing that doesn't work well for me are the hours. If they were open later on Friday, it would be helpful to get my 3 weekly workouts in.

Our local Curves is GREAT. Staff and members are friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental. The place is kept spotless and there is never a problem finding parking. This works for me. The workouts go by quickly and I feel great afterwards. I've also lost about 15 pounds.
