Coach Cutts has been amazing. My son is very small for his age (14 years old and not quite 5'0" tall yet). He trained with his baseball team last season, and we saw improvements, but it was hard with such a large group of kids. We purchased a year-long package about a month ago, and he comes twice a week with a group of two or three other boys. In one short month, going twice a week, our son has had notable improvements in his strength (he can squat with weights now), he can do a "real" pushup, his endurance (he isn't gasping for breath when continuously running), and his speed from the take off (I think they work on "explosive speed"). In a month, Lucas has gained 4 lbs. (I think) but appears to be thinning out. However, the best part of Lucas's training from Cutts is that his self-confidence skyrocketed. He gets in the car excited after a workout (not many 14-year-olds look forward to working out), he is proud of himself, he looks forward to going with the older kids, and we're hopeful that once Lucas grows, it only continues. When his baseball team starts their winter workouts with Coach Cutts, I think we will be moving Lucas up to three days a week so he can continue working out with the kids he's forming friendships with. Cutts and the athletes that train with him are truly remarkable, and they made Lucas feel welcome even though he is younger than them and smaller than them. Anyone on the fence, just go for it!

Where do i start!!
Took our 8 year old for coordination and strength training
Gave Dave 8 weeks to see improvements with my son , 4 weeks later double improvements what I expected within 8 weeks.
David, extremely reliable and punctual ,always set and ready to start training, with exercise routine planned.
Highly recommend, specially for kids
Flexible if we have to change appointments last minute, always making sure to find time to make up practice

David has been training my 16 YO son for 4 months now, 2x a week, we are continuing for a year as of now. I have noticed a huge improvement on his speed, agility and strength. He has hit PRs every week in track, for strength in football and is thriving! Also, my son’s mentality has shifted in a more positive way. I really appreciate David’s flexibility with my sons ever changing sports schedule, his dedication to ensuring my son improves in the areas that we’re important to him and also in ways we didn’t know he needed. I have dealt with other trainers who are there to make a dollar but David puts his heart into our son and i am grateful and would 100% recommend Cutts Training if your willing to put in the work and dedication he will pour back into you the same.

Loved the professionalism and dedication Mr. Cutts has to making you a better athlete. I thought I was gonna go in there and do straight running and agility but I was wrong. His overall goal is to make you a better athlete. 10/10

WOW!!! What a difference training with Cutts Performance has made. A year ago my son was told that the chances of him playing at the collegiate level was not likely. Fast forward to February 1, 2023, National Signing Day. After receiving numerous offers my son is now Signed, Sealed, and COMMITTED to play football at the next level. I had a 30 minute conversation with David. I was not pleased. It did not feel like a personable conversation. I had explained that I will need to talk with my partner about the program before I say yes (due to the $). This had prompted David to say “does your girlfriend know you don’t like the way you look?” That rubbed me the wrong way, along with the whole conversation. David felt more like a robotic salesperson then someone who cares about someone’s health journey. Not too mention - he had called me 15 minutes late.
Find someone else. This guy isn’t it.

I really enjoyed my experience with Cuts Performance. David helped me to build confidence and strength with every workout. The only con I had was that I really need to burn more calories and fat. Maybe a cardio based workout with a more feminine touch besides lifting and treadmill would be offered soon. I struggled with getting stronger and toned, but the scale hardly moving. All in all, I would definitely recommend Cutts Performance for strength, speed and endurance!!
