Detroit Sweat is an exclusive fitness studio for those who live a busy life, and looking for an effective program to be held accountable to. Our sessions and classes are by appointment only.
Your health is an investment to yourself, and our members are able to invest into themselves what they have been deserving all along.
Our programs are strategically programmed for the advanced and the beginner who are always looking to get better. We structure our programming on 6 week rotations, allowing our members to consistently see a variation of workouts, structure and challenges.

I came to a class while visiting a friend in Detroit and I was impressed with the studio and with Bekah, who led our exercise class. Every exercise was extremely well thought out and could be scaled to your skill level. The atmosphere was great as well; participants really enjoyed pushing and supporting each other.

I've been working out at Detroit Sweat for the past two years, and it's truly transformed my life. Before joining, I had never worked out before, but the supportive and welcoming atmosphere made it easy to get started. The facilities are top-notch, and the environment is always motivating. However, what sets this gym apart are the personal trainers/coaches. They are incredibly talented and dedicated, providing one-on-one or group sessions that are both challenging and rewarding. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I've reached the best shape of my life. Itβs time for a 5 star review to the awesome staff at Detroit Sweat! Both, Anna and Chelsea, do a great job of including several different workout styles for physical strength and endurance. After my long break due to a back injury, I started 1-1 sessions with Anna and sheβs guided me throughout with tailored workouts and effective stretches. I very much appreciate the personal attention, motivation and flexibility this place provides! Kudos, guys!

Chelsea is one of the most amazing trainers I have had. She is patient, kind, caring, full of positive energy and tailors my work outs to me and what is going on in my life. Best trainers and gym out there! Chelsea (owner) is a wonderful, thoughtful trainer that I've followed for years. She opened Detroit Sweat roughly a year ago and every piece of it is amazing. I would highly recommend trying it out!

Detroit sweat is a solid Five Star experience from Coach Chelsea to the facility to the full experience!! I never have been really interested in working out with a trainer 1 on 1 before but Coach Chelsea has changed my mind, attitude and health !! I HIGHLY recommend Detroit Sweat!!

Chelsea and Anna are the best! Workouts are the best kind of challenging and I leave feeling accomplished! I can be intimidated by gyms as someone who is naturally athletic/fit and Chelsea and Ann tier workouts to your abilities while challenging you to do more than you thought you could! And there are nice bathrooms with showers. Highly recommend for personal training or classes. Also, love to support a female owned business!
