I can tell you with out a doubt I am one of his most difficult clients to deal with . But this man has unwavering patience and will always meet where you are at no matter what fitness level you are at because he wants you to succeed in your goals . If you’re willing to put in the work he will guide you with years of personal training experience . What makes Robert unique is his passion for creating a community centered around fitness. It’s a hard skill to possess, but he is able to bring people together around a simple principle of bettering themselves. When you’re starting out for the first time, or getting back into fitness from a long break it is helpful to feel this support from a community of friends, new and old, that also share the same goals as you. This is where Duff Fitness excels in my opinion.

I’ve been going to Robert for several years and I will tell you he is very good to work with. He comes to every workout with a very formal plan and he’s very good at communicating with me to see how I am feeling and how things are going. Robert was the most patient trainer! As someone is not always a compliant client he was always patient and worked with me to find my barriers and help work through what wasn’t working. He takes the time to learn YOU to make the plan individualized to you. No cookie cutter, uneducated trainer in your corner. Will always recommend 100/10.
