Deciding to go to Elevate for training was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself! I started training with Dylan in November of last year, initially contacting him not only because I wanted guidance in my physical fitness, but also because I wanted help on adjusting my nutrition in accordance with my workout routine. I was curious how I could adjust my diet and lifestyle towards building as much muscle possible, and losing body fat at the same time. And also learning to do all exercises with proper form to reduce my chance of injury in the gym and across my life as a whole. What I ended up finding was not only literally exactly what I was looking for on that front, but also a supportive community of like minded people! My body has COMPLETELY changed, I’m stronger and in better shape than I’ve ever been in my life even in just 4 months time. I’ve shed almost 10% body fat, and I’m more comfortable adjusting my macros and diet than I ever have been before. I learn something new every session, and my relationship with fitness and food as fuel is permanently changed for the better. 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone of all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or already well into your fitness journey. I can’t say enough good things about Elevate Gym and my trainer, Dylan! The gym itself has a great atmosphere—motivating, and full of people who are serious about their fitness but still super welcoming.

Dylan has been amazing to work with. He holds me accountable in the best way, pushing me without making me feel overwhelmed. He’s also super flexible with scheduling-offering a ton of class times to choose from, which makes it easy to stay consistent even with a busy schedule, and a mom of two young kids’ One of the best parts about training with him is the app he provides, which has my personalized workout plan and nutrition guidance to keep me on track outside of our sessions. It’s been a total game-changer!

Singed up for Dylan's online program and saw a lot of progress in the short amount of time I worked with him. You determine your results based on how well you follow his programming. He is a no nonsense trainer. If you're looking to be coddled- keep looking. If you're ready to put in work- he will give you the map! I was working out on my own for months before with very little success. I dropped about 8 lbs in his 8 week program. I'm getting compliments on how I look. My clothing fits better.
