I have been a member here for years, and there are so many reasons why I love it. The 30 minute work outs are designed to help with all areas of fitness, including cardio, strength, and flexibility. The coaches provide great support to help you reach your goals, and are great at helping modify workouts as needed based on individual needs. The other members of the gym aren't just people to work out with, but more like a gym family. It's a great place to work out!

This place is amazing! Olivia is an excellent coach, sheβs always attentive and makes sure youβre doing the exercises properly to avoid injury. Everyone there shares the same positive mindset: theyβre focused on moving their bodies and thereβs no shame or judgment. Itβs a really good, welcoming place to work out. Unfortunately, I have a foot injury and couldnβt continue being part of this amazing team. You definitely need to come and try it for yourself!

This isn't like any gym I've ever been to. It's a circuit workout, which isn't a new concept, but everyone (and I mean the other customers, too!) is so supportive of each other. If you can't do a particular exercise in the circuit, they show you another one to work the same muscle group. There are lots of words of encouragement passed around and the exercises are always different. Take it from someone who absolutely HATES working out... this place is worth checking out.

I signed up for the 21 days of summer and got charged for it. I got emailed with the confirmation to get started and within that email it stated to begin I had to call or email before I could come to classes. I did both. Multiple times! I also left voicemails stating I had emailed and called several times. I never got an email or phone call back. I want a refund of my money and I will NEVER be coming to this gym.

I bought the Groupon for 5 weeks and it was worth every penny. It was actually a steal! Great atmosphere and energy! Everyone is nice and encouraging. The workouts are a combo metabolic, weight lifting, resistance, and aerobic. There is a nice mix of people with different fitness levels and ages. Donβt be intimidated if you havenβt been to the gym in a while. Go at your own pace and make the most of it.

Staff are awesome and so motivational! The overall atmosphere is supportive and inclusive. I was there on a Groupon, so it was for a limited time. I think the monthly membership price ( $120ish) is too high and that is literally the only thing keeping me from going back.

Want results? Then Portage Fitbody Bootcamp is for you. Don't worry if it's your first time working out either. Every exercise can be modified. Each class is 1/2 long so no excuses about not having the time. The instructors are incredible. They will take the time to get to know you and help you reach you fitness and health goals. What have you got lose? I promise if you try it, you will be back for more. It's addicting. It's so much more than an exercise class.

I love this place. I can get in and out before my kids wake up. The staff is friendly and supportive. The music is great. This is the best way to start my day, but they have convenient classes after work too.

Life changing! I've always been able to motivate myself to workout (going for a run or to the gym to do a class or life weights). Bring pregnant however I didn't have that spark to do so. This class saved me and my health. 4 weeks postpartum I was strong still and bounced back feeling so good all bc of the support of these classes. This 30 min workout ( which before I never thought was long enough) is as intense as you push yourself and will transform your mindset and body! Grab a friend (I have 8 that workout here), pick a time and go! You will not regret it. (Except for the first week when you are sore... A good sore, the kind of sore that is sculpting!)

I joined on December 27, 2016. I started going 5 times a week during the New Years Resolution Challenge which started January 1, 2017. To date I have lost over 30 lbs. I have more energy, sleeping better at night and a heck of a lot stronger. I feel awesome. I have finally lost all the baby weight from having 4 children total with my last pregnancy being twins. I have hung onto that weight for 6 years and have tried for the last 2 to get it off with no success, until I became a part of the PFBBC family. The classes are 30 mins so you are in and out and trust me you get an amazing workout during that time. The atmosphere is amazing, the fellow "workoutees" are friendly and supportive and the personal trainers push you and support you. You walk in and are instantly greeted and they know your name, it feels like you are working out with a bunch of your friends with the laughs included! Best decision I have made towards a better healthier me. Highly recommend!

I have been going to PFBBC since January 2017. I am not a fan of the gym but this is not a gym but rather a family. Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming! I have been trying for years to lose weight and improve my health - with no success. I am happy to say I have lost over 20 pounds and it has seemed so easy.
