Diana did an amazing job of leading my friend and I thru a duet session. She is very in tune with where we were in our Pilates journey and was able to provide a wonderfully balanced session with enough challenge to push us. Her space and her teaching were inviting. Can’t wait to come back!

This studio will feel like your home away from home. Diana is warm, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
