This is the best workout facility I’ve ever been to and the only thing I’ve been able to stick to. The 30 minute sessions just FLY BY and the environment is so supportive and non-judgmental. My results have been amazing. Erica is the best instructor EVER 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 (Sam is also ah-mazing)!!

Erica and Sam are helpful and make a new person feel comfortable. All fitness levels welcome and there’s not clicky feel like some of those other gyms. Highly recommend giving them a try if your looking for a different kind of workout other than the standard planet fitness type style

I am not a let’s go work out type of person. With that said, this is the only gym I have felt comfortable with since day one. No matter your size or ability level, they will help you achieve your goals and modify any exercise for you. The 30 minute platform is perfect. If you are hesitant and thinking, I don’t know. Just try it.

I am so grateful for Canton Fit Body, and the impact it has had on my life. The exercises are intentional, meant for all levels, and not overly complicated. The coaches are approachable, encouraging and knowledgeable. Canton Fit Body is not a business. It’s a community.

You can do it. You just have to start! You have 30 minutes a day to dedicate to yourself.

This is more than a gym this is a supportive community. Coaches Micah, Sam and Erica help not only show you the proper way to strength train, they make sure you are supported and encouraged in all areas along the way.

The members are also very supportive and encouraging, which helps keep that accountability which most people need. We have a group app that we share recipes on and support each other.

30 min awesome workouts...Strength training and cardio. A huge hourly variety of workout times morning and evening. Just plan it as part of your day. 30 min one and done. They have it figured out for you. No bumbling around in the gym for over an hour tryna figure out your workout. Don't even have time to not want to do it... it's almost automatic. Just choose when you will go arrive-30 min later your done.

Love this place!!!

EDIT TO ADD! I’ve now been going to the gym for about 9 months and have no plans of leaving. In prior fitness journeys, I struggled to commit long term. There is something about this place that makes me want to come back. I started out slow, didn’t push myself away by feeling defeated when I wasn’t strong enough to give it 100%. I’ve worked my way up to being fully committed every workout, have helped my body/back pain and lost 20lbs with their nutritional and fitness support.

I’ve been a member of Fit Body Boot Camp for nearly 10 months now and am so glad I joined! It’s such a positive place for everyone to work out, regardless of fitness level. The coaches are all very encouraging and knowledgeable. The app is easy to use and to schedule classes, and the class times are very flexible - from 5:20am for the early birds to 6:30pm for those who exercise after work. I’m not a gym person but even I’m able to tough it out for 30 minutes. If you’re on the fence, I’d encourage you to give it a try!

Overweight, under motivated, not fitting in clothes let alone thinking you would "fit in" at a boot camp --- that was me before 2 months ago surfing the internet for programs and fads. When Canton Fit Body Boot camp popped up I thought the algorithms must be broke since my only activity was 16oz arm curls and the occasional squat to a lower than expected couch :) --- they offered several "free trials" and it was still intimidating to think of going based on website BUT when my wife signed me up to join her a session it was a true game changer. I am an introvert and was extremely nervous to go into the "studio" since I had spent a few times seeing the workout through the windows as I waited to pick her up drinking my coffee :) Once you step into the place it's a mixed feeling of "what did I get myself into" AND "holy cow why dis I wait so long this is great!" I have been to almost 50 sessions now since the holidays and hope others struggling to find a place will find this. I used to spend hours on another "planet" being stared at and constantly cleaning machines ---- at Canton fit its like spending 30 minutes with your best group of friends (even though I barely know anyone's names) listening to great music and getting a workout. I find myself "wanting" to go to see what workout I will conquere today. I encourage you if you have read this far come try your free workout!

As for the facilty and staff review --- the "studio" is small but mighty! They change up the workout daily. There are TRX straps, ropes, kettle balls, free weights, and resistance bands all CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. You change your shoes before entering the "floor" area so even my OCD is at ease :)

The coaches are welcoming and extremely friendly! I was called by name day 1 and even when there are 20 people in the class I feel like I am getting personalized training and support. If something is too difficult or my body just can't move that way (yet) they provide modifications and encouragement to not let it get me down.

And depending on how I am feeling there are different coaches to choose by session....

Micah at first glance you may think he is a traditional intimidating fitness guru BUT he sweats just like the rest of us and reminds us vision for success within reach.

Erica is great when you want to push harder, move faster, and want to break down challenges of the day. I choose her sessions when I need a "cheering section" and extra motivation. She pushes you to do your best and be your best with a smile! She walks the talk and sometimes even workout out with the group!

Sam is encouraging, supportive, and a great coach. If she sees you struggling with a "move" or station she will help you find an alternative to still work that muscle. She brings high energy mixed with a chill attitude to keep you moving through the 30 mins.

As others have said, there is all fitness levels, ages, sizes and shapes and yet you feel like one of the team and celebrate successes and accomplishmeents together!

The workouts fit a range of body types, ages, and athletic ability. I like that the workouts are 30 minutes which allows me to get one in 6 days a week. I can also bring my kid and have a good line of sight on them while working out. It is a great way to start my day with positive coaches and a good workout.

I love Fit Body Boot Camp so much. It is perfect for someone who loves HIIT workouts, wants to get in an out of the gym and on with their day, and loves friendly fun people. The trainers are amazing and the community is too- highly reccomend giving it a chance - at least a month to get in the swing of it. Been here a year and I’m never leaving!

Love this bootcamp.
Since Covid it has been a struggle to get back into the gym and follow a routine consistently. So glad that Micah and his team decided to establish this in Canton.
Family friendly environment. You are in and out in 35 min. No wasting time looking for parking or waiting to use the equipment. Different workouts everyday to keep you from getting bored.With my short attention span, multiple stations targeting total body is awesome. By the time I start getting bored, it's time to move on to the next one. This form of workout/ gym works because it is convenient, coach led total body exercises throughout the week. A good schedule of classes are offered so there are options to drop in any time that works during that particular day. The best part is you can modify it to your fitness level and abilities. Lift heavy weights if you can. Or just use your own body weight. In addition, the team works with you to modify the exercises if there are any limitations due to injury etc.
And we know it works. Lost 25 plus pounds with the Fit body model last time I did it.

As someone with adhd and decision fatigue, showing up to classes where you don’t have to decide what exercise to do next or if you are hitting all the muscle groups is such a burden off of my shoulders because they decide all of that for you! And with all of my autoimmune pain- the coaches are really good about having alternative exercises that still workout that muscle group but are avoiding extra strain on certain areas of the body. I am beyond grateful I found this place! I feel so much better when I get a workout in and it’s such a great way to start the day! Also, my body is starting to looked more toned and I have been consistently losing weight!

I would highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp. I haven’t felt this good since high school! I wake up feeling more energized than ever before. Even though these workouts are 30 minutes, they are challenging. Initially, I came in for the trial just to see if I would be able to stick it out, because nothing else seemed to work for me. It’s challenging but definitely doable. Not only did I start to notice a difference on the scale, I no longer felt fatigued and groggy mid day. The coaches are amazing and very supportive. They will meet you where you are and will recommend modified alternatives if one becomes too strenuous. I look forward coming in and being apart of such an encouraging environment!

Boot camp for Mind & Body
I began a 4 week trial with Canton Fit Body Boot Camp 3 weeks ago. My initial goal was to lose weight. Little did I know that I was going to gain so much more! I have been attending 3-4 sessions a week. I have not only lost weight, I have lost inches! My mind is clearer. I am more focused during my daily activities and tasks. I have more energy and I overall, I feel like a new woman! I look forward to my 30 minute sessions! You never know what you will be working on till you get there! There are some routines that I just shake my head like, no way and before you know it, you’ve concurred that exercise! I did it! It’s a pretty awesome experience! The trainers are exceptional! I absolutely love the energy and their encouragement that they give you. I finally enjoy working out! Canton Fit Body Boot Camp, thank you for making me feel like I can accomplish my health goals!!
