"Fit Body Boot Camp provides affordable, convenient, 30-minute fat loss boot camps that challenge the body and deliver results every time.

Every session is lead by a certified fitness coach, and we provide personalized support and accountability both on the floor and off the floor to make sure no client ever slips through the cracks.

We also provide nutritional education and guidance, helping each client craft a diet that is delicious, healthy, sustainable, and backed up by the latest research to support fat loss and lean muscle building.

Best of all, we make fitness FUN and ENCOURAGING by promoting a high-energy culture based on shared goals, collaboration, and positivity!"

***Update: been going here since 2019, and struggled with them through the pandemic. Under new ownership but this is still the place to go to workout imo. 30 minutes and you're done. Tony, Anca and the rest of the team do an amazing job at motivating you and assisting you with your fitness goal. Do yourself a favor and try a session or two out. I guarantee you'll get hooked. ***
This is your place if you're looking for a gym that truly cares about all of their clients. You truly feel like friend and family right from the start. It only gets better from there. Tired of workouts and fad diets that don't work. Well try this gym for one week and you'll be hooked by the variety of workouts and the added endorphins will help your mood and self esteem. I've never enjoyed working out unless it was a sport I was playing until I found this place. No matter what shape you're in currently you can do these workouts and it will push you. Thank me later, there's a reason they have a perfect 5 star ratings.

Best decision ever joining the Rochester Hills Fit Body Boot Camp! I’ve never been a fan of the gym scene, but at Fit Body, they offer relaxed smaller class sizes and a high intensity 30-minute workout designed & led by trained fitness coaches. At Fit Body everyone is treated like family!

Rochester Hills Fitbody Just changed my life. Not only physically but mentally and I have made lifelong friends that I consider family. The coaches are outstanding and always there for motivation. I am new to this gym and they have been so welcoming! I love the consistent 5:30 am classes, the encouraging coaches and the variety of workouts. Each day is different and leaves you feeling strong! Plus if you sign up for the challenges you get a nutritional plan customized for you and guidance from your personal coach. I can't say enough wonderful things about FBBC. Coach Hailey and Coach Anca are both awesome! I have been coming here for about 6 months now and it has been great. I've been going to the 6:30 session in the morning. It's a perfect time to get a half hour workout in and start your day off right. The coaches here put together a great non-repetitive 30 minute workout. They're encouraging fun and friendly. With motivation and a great attitude the rest of my day goes smoothly. This place has changed the way I look at myself. I have so much good things to say about this place. First of all, the coaches are so motivating and helpful. I cannot even pick my one favorite, they all are awesome. Secondly, don’t even expect to do things you do in a regular gym. You do much less in just 30 mins but the way you’ll have to push yourself to survive the 30 mins will bring out even better results than working out for several hours in a gym. And everyday they make you do something different. I have hardly repeated any of the workouts maybe a few here and there.
Thirdly, working out here has helped me build my stamina so much. I have always had an issue with my stamina even though I’m a dancer, I feel fatigue easily when I do a lot of cardio. But after coming here, in 2 months, my body has gone through this transformation and I feel so great about it.
I would highly recommend this place, anyday, to anyone.

So, I heard about FBBC from a cousin initially and I found the concept of a 30 minute work-out interesting. I was “lured”in by the “try for 3 weeks at a ridiculously low price”...and I have been a member ever since the first day they opened! Walking through the door to orientation was one of the scariest thing I had done in a bit. But I had my best friend by my side, and we were committed to giving this type of exercise a try (for the 3 weeks)...turns out that it was the best decision I could have made! The coaches make every effort to push you to be your best (without embarrassing you). The work-outs are challenging and constantly evolving...with all levels of weight, size, fitness levels, you never feel like you don’t fit in. Not only have I made I’ve made great strides physically (BMI normal range/down 40lbs) but I’ve also learned a lot about myself from working out here...I’ve learned that I am strong, I am worthy, I am committed, and I can do ANYTHING in 30 minutes. If you are looking for a facility/program that will not only change your body/fitness level, but change your whole life-look no further!
