Taylor has done an amazing job with this gym and the additions that he has brought to the community with the pickle ball courts, golf simulator, hall rental space, and the wellness area.

I recently had personal training sessions with Alex Wolford and he is amazing. He will tailor your workouts to your specific needs and any injuries or conditions you may have to be sure to not add further injury. He is motivating and makes the personal training sessions fun. Alex is also leading some of the classes up at Fit Physique now and I can't wait to join them now that my training sessions are over to keep up on my progress.

Karla the manicurist is excellent! A must go to get gel nail polish. Very reasonable. Easiest way to get a hold of her is to text. Matched the color of my dress perfectly. Very personable and friendly. I'm extremely happy with my nails.

Fit Physique is a great gym, in a small town! The owner, Taylor Copes, is a knowledgeable trainer who motivates you to be your best self! My family have been members for years. Best decision I’ve ever made was to join a group workout, led by Taylor. Being in a group, I definitely push myself harder. The gym has everything you need, and also offers other workout classes & tanning. People of all ages attend the gym. If you are skeptical, visit Taylor to help you out!

If you haven’t been to Fit Physique I recommend it! I have worked out on and off at Fit Physique since they opened. Every time I come back from college they have made awesome changes to the facility! They have a wonderful and welcoming staff that keeps the building clean and ready for everyone! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The gym itself is wonderful but all the other amenities are amazing too! I have tanned here and have gotten my nails done by Karla! Love this place!:)
