Very nice and very clean. Very easy to get to and great hours. I just can not believe the low cost and the no contract. looking for a gym, well give them a try. Me and my wife love the day care hours.

I have been a member since last year..low price, clean, not crowded and always easy to get on a machine. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It doesn't have a pool but I probably wouldn't go in it anyway.
