No distractions, no waiting for equipment. All workouts take place in a private, comfortable atmosphere. Personal trainers help you use equipment safely. Our studio's certified personal trainers educate you on proper techniques to help you achieve maximum results. I have been training here for the last 4 months. My trainer is Anna - and she is TERRIFIC! She creates an exercise regime each week that REALLY is geared specifically for me. Anna also has my well being at heart - I have to be very careful regarding my wrists when exercising - and she has, from the start been VERY mindful of this. If I voice a concern about any exercise, (except whining!), she quickly changes/adjusts the exercise accordingly.

Fitness Together is a great place for one on one training in a very comfortable environment. I have never been a very athletic person, but at age 50 decided to take control and work on me. Luke my trainer has been very encouraging. He never has me doing the same thing every session, but still gives my entire body a great work out. I highly recommend Fitness Together and Luke in Holland, Michigan.

I recently decided to enlist in the military and was given a ship date a few months out from when I swore in. I wanted to use this time to get in the best shape that I could and thought the help of a professional may be needed. I found FT Holland just a short walk away from my recruiters office. They did give me a military discount despite me not having been in the military quite yet. Much appreciated. I explained to Luke exactly what my goals were and what I needed to work on to get ready. Max Pull ups, 2 min. push ups max, 2 min. crunch max, and 1.5mi run time. Brought the crunches from just 20, to 56. Pull ups from 7 to 13, push ups from 28 to 46, and 1.5mi run time from 12:15 to 10:52 all in about 6 weeks or so. He did this all while maintaining highest levels of professionalism, enthusiasm, encouragement, and respect for me, as well as all other clients I am sure. Most of all, we saw the results I was looking for in the areas described above. Great experience working with Luke and I recommend him, and all other FT trainers highly. I love the personalized workouts at Fitness Together. I also like learning new and different stretches and exercises and how to do them correctly. Having consistent appointments with Luke every week helps me stay committed! Luke and Jenny are really great to be around, making my 45 minute session fly by. Luke has helped me work towards my goals and set some new goals (pull-ups!). I also really appreciate Luke arranging at home zoom workouts during ‘stay at home’ time. I started with Fitness Together in January of 2015. I was severely over weight like 340 LBS. I have been with Fitness Together to date with some time off as a Snow Bird in Florida. I was feeling Old and Immobile. I had High Blood Pressure, Obesity, High Cloistral, and the last was the most scary, I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes! I tried working out myself at varies gym's and workout Centers only to find many excuses to not go. This is when I found Fitness Together. I have to tell you my fitness evaluation was less than stellar, I couldn't even do 1 Pushup! The look on my trainer's face ( Tom) was one of concern and I believe this was going to be a real challenge for Fitness Together and ME!
I then met Jenny my current trainer. I can tell you she is supportive and defined a workout specifically for me and encouraged me and held me accountable which is exactly what I needed! So today let me give you an update. I have lost 60 pounds! I am benching 185 LBS. I can now do push up ( 15) and there is much more than people will actually read?
My Blood Sugar was 175 and now is 85 ! This is huge! My blood pressure was 190/220 when I started my workout with Fitness Together and now I am 85/125!
I can tell you I have found a place that I can not only get the best workouts designed for me they also make me feel like a friend and I think Jenny and I are not only going to continue to improve my fitness she knows how to Push me and encourage me every step of the way.
You don't have to be as bad off as me and actually I don't want anyone to start where I did because the road I traveled to get myself in that condition is also going to be a long road for me. I am looking forward to achieving my goals and I also have faith that Jenny will make my goals a reality!
I would recommend Fitness Together as a Great one on one fitness program to help you achieve your own personal goals!
