Gym that has a great location and has everything one would need - plyometric, machines, free weights, body building support racks, cardio, etc. Mixture of all kinds of people who are looking to lift/exercise. Been coming here for a few years now, really enjoy this place.

Excellent customer service, also a clean gym, clean bathrooms, clean changing rooms.
The majority of the members treat each other like family. Most of them know each other, live in the areas and neighborhoods.
Started going to the gym a few years ago, and enjoy the atmosphere. The members are great, and the staff is helpful and respectful to them.
It’s an affordable local gym for all of us and we are grateful to have them here.

The staff could use a class on how to act professional to gym patrons. Kali getting loud threatening to cancel my membership for talking about going to another gym to a fellow member. Is beyond crazy. The gym is also not clean in the slightest.Tried reaching out to the owner but ended up getting terminated. Would not recommend :)

Please fix locks on bathrooms and get the locks that say vacant when unlock and when you twist it says occupied makes it a lot simpler and a strong lock instead of the push locks

I've been to many gyms in my life. The owner Gary puts his heart into his gym, the equipment, and the people🙂. Kali, the trainer and front desk person really puts in her time and effort to make sure the place is organized/cleaned and the people have what they need plus a good laugh or two 🙂. The membership price is VERY cheap with the amount of gym equipment and space to workout with. 🤌👍💪

I love working out at FitStop24 over in Niles. They have solid equipment, obviously open 24 hours a day every day so I can do what I need to do whenever I have the time. Gary is a fantastic owner who cares about the spaces he has, and Kali is awesome as well! I probably see her more often as she is central to the Niles location. I always see her helping and guiding other members and guests with kindness and a positive attitude and knowledge of what she is doing.

I had a very positive experience, at this location located in Niles, Mi. When I was there it was clean and well taken care of. Kali, one of the staff, was very welcoming and friendly. She takes time to greet each individual when they walk in. She is always on her feet cleaning, organizing, and making sure that the gym is comfortable for your accessibility. I would surely recommend this location to anyone who has not had the opportunity to exercise there.

My teen daughter has a membership here and loves this place. A good variety of equipment and it's super clean. One time there was an issue where a machine had a broken piece and she sent a message to the owner and he was very responsive. She loves the perk of being able to tan occasionally too. A day pass is only $7 if you want to bring someone with you

Fitstop? more like CAN'TSTOP with the great service! Since coming to Fitstop people have started using adjectives such as "Thick" and "yoked" to describe me. HA LOOK AT ME NOW DAD! I love the FitStop24 Community in Niles, MI. I find working out is a necessity in my busy life. Since I have joined FitStop24 I have seen many amazing things happen. Gary the owner is the best of the best and the manager Kali is just wonderful to communicate with. The atmosphere is always clean and up to date. I frequent this gym routinely, it’s the part of my day I look forward to the most. As an adult I’ve made friends and networked in a way that’s enhanced my life. The equipment is always available and clean. Even when it is busy I don’t have a problem finding an alternative exercise to target whatever muscle group I’m on. The people who work and own this location routinely inquire as to how they could improve. So even if you could find an issue with your experience the crew are well equipped and very willing to accommodate. There are all makes of gym visiting people here and it’s the only gym I’ve been to that isn’t niche and performs well to meeting all of my needs. As a power lifter/bodybuilder I have nearly all of the equipment I could ever need to compete. I’ve seen CrossFit people, retired folk staying in shape, and on their Facebook page you can see how many people on an individual level have made their lives better coming to this place. Can’t recommend enough to help small businesses and people who chase their goals, come to fit stop.

The quality of this gym is so much higher then the members that come to it. The owners are here often and maintain the cleanliness of quality of the equipment very well. The people who come here however.... suck... leaving trash laying around. There's literally finger nails laying in the bumb bell area as I type this from some disrespectful slob. There's a battle for the radio that clearly has a note from the owners to be left alone. Respect is left at the door apparently

I’ve been charged for four months during the shut down I even asked him to cancel the membership because he was never there to talk to. I never seen one staff member. The place stayed nasty. Check your credit card statements he stole over 4 months from me. What has he gotten from you with out realizing it? Good thing we’re not in a pandemic and didn’t need the money you crooks
