Great for rec classes and kids. It can get really crowded and hard to navigate during class changes. The instructors are lovely and my kids have always had fun in their classes. The facility is big and the layout is a little strange from a viewing standpoint but it’s a great place for gymnastics and tumbling and ninja courses. Open gym is always fun too!

David Greene is an excellent trainer. My daughter has gone to multiple trainers and gyms and wasn’t able to do a back tuck. After two sessions with David she got it!!! Jenna is so happy and confident now. She will definitely continue to train with David. I highly recommend him.

Would definitely recommend for kids birthday parties! (No Gymnastics experience required). We just had a party for my daughter's 10th birthday and everyone had a blast. The staff members I worked with from setting up the party (Robin) and the coaches that ran the party (Coach Mo) were awesome and so kind. They made planning the party a breeze, as they did all set up, clean up, and even provided gift bags for all of the guests. Couldnt have asked for anything more! Thank you Flip Starz!

My kids have been going here over a year and absolutely love it. They have gained so much confidence and many skills. I am so proud of how far they have come in short time. The staff treat us like family. The gym has recently expanded and has a lot to offer. My son loves Ninja class and the girls are doing great in gymnastics

Couch Mo lied to my face when questioned about a conversation I overheard her having with my daughters mother as I was waiting to pick up my daughter from camp. Staff can no longer be trusted. For couch Mo to lie on my daughters mothers behalf only goes to show there is something terribly wrong going on here. Beware!

Went in for open gym and the staff was not friendly at all. It was not a clean place at all the chairs were so filthy I didn’t want to set on them. Had a bad odor the couches were only interested in the girls that seemed to be better then the other girls. I will never go back to this place 👎🏻👎🏻
