Owner, Justin Rewa is a multi-certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. As a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor, Precision Nutrition coach PN1-NC, CrossFit L1 coach, FRC/Kinstretch practitioner, and NASM certified personal trainer, he brings a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition to help you reach your fullest potential. Justin recognizes that everyone’s body is unique and will design a fitness plan that suits your individual needs and goals.

Justin is an incredible trainer. I’ve worked in fitness myself and trained people before, so I can confidently say he’s one of the best. I’ve got bad discs in my back, and he was super mindful of that always making sure my form was right, never pushing me past a safe limit, and still finding ways to help me get stronger and more confident.
He even helped me hit my first deadlift, which felt like a huge win given my back issues. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and really knows how to get results without risking injury. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, genuine trainer who actually cares.

Justin at Forever Young Studios has helped me a ton. I started going to this gym with no previous gym experience. Justin is great at working with all skill levels, even absolute beginners.
When I started my plan was to learn the exercises for a few months and then just lift in a home gym. But now I'm hooked and plan to continue working with Justin. He is a great motivator and I'm constantly learning new things even after almost two years.

I've had no previous experience with strength training or body conditioning. The most exercise I got on a daily basis for the past several years was walking my dogs from one end of the block to the other. This past April, however, my husband and I signed up at FYS for private & public lessons because we both had a goal to improve our body conditions, and I wanted to be able to enjoy doing indoor AND outdoor activities without being in pain or getting tired after a few minutes.
Justin pushes your body to its limits from warm-up flexing to cool-down stretching. He holds you accountable and keeps you focused on your personal plan. He is just as excited to root for you as you go through the motions of a front squat with a 2-lbs PVC pipe for the first time, and again when you're completing a front squat with 130-lbs barbell & weight to determine your max rep. Sometimes, you'll even find yourself in workouts that turn into Really Excruciatingly Wonderful Activities with kettlebells. :)
Now that it's the nine-month mark, my husband and I are a lot happier with where we are. Both of us aren't out of breath when going up/down flights of stairs or fuss with heavy grocery bags. My husband is on the search for belts for his new pants because his current belts no longer fit him. I run with my dogs along the entire acre of the backyard and they're happy to have me play with them. Yes, we're still active members in FYS, because we really, really enjoy being there - how can you not when the community is so positive and welcoming every day you enter?
TL;DR - there are no words to describe how thoughtful Justin is when it comes to ensuring that you meet your goals, no matter what your exercising experience is! The best fitness instructor and workout studio is right here in Grand Rapids.

Justin seriously knows his stuff. I completed the 6 week kettlebell fundamentals series and got more out of it than I expected.
I was expecting expertise in the KB lifts, where he really exceeded expectations. What I wasn’t expecting was a depth of knowledge in so many aspects of health and fitness. From mobility to pure strength building - Justin delivers. He recommended personal mobility drills that actually work - something rare.
Anyone looking to improve their fitness will benefit from Justin. He proved he could coach brand beginners and advanced. He knows how to get people strong.

The introduction to Kettle Bells seminar was such a great experience for this first timer. Justin is careful to explain the reasoning behind the moves and can quickly curtail his instruction to match each client. I still can't believe the seminar was 90 minutes. I visited Forever Young Studios for a SweatNet event and absolutely loved it! Justin is an amazing instructor; very knowledgeable, fun, and helped with form and alternative moves which was super helpful. Anyone reading this right now.. Danni is the pinnacle of KINDNESS, CARE, & LOVE. Her thoughtful coaching is better and more aligned with any YouTube video or book series I have read. Amongst so many programs, courses, and books, many are well meaning and come from a gesture of genuine desire to provide clarity and help people, Danni is literally the only one who hasn’t made me feel like a “before picture…”
Danni not only takes the time to curate a calming environment, but she walks you through each pose slowly ensuring that your body feels at peace.
