Rachel is very knowledgeable! She takes the time to truly personalize a plan surrounding the goals you want to achieve and also what your body needs. She is motivating and encouraging! Her fitness space is well equipped, and very comfortable to work out in. I would highly recommend Rachel!

Could not have better things to say about Rachel and FORM Fitness Studio. As a former collegiate student-athlete who had gotten so used to a routine and following a program I was looking for some coaching and direction to revamp my fitness journey. After finding Rachel on Google I reached out and messaged her to set up a consultation. I immediately clicked with her and her coaching style. I saw Rachel for nearly a year before I moved from the GR area. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of your fitness journey and goes all in to make sure that you are holistically improving throughout the process. I felt challenged and encouraged to do the extra rep and weight during each workout. Rachel pushed me and helped me enjoy working out again and being healthy. Cannot recommend her enough. Now that I am no longer living in the GR area I still plan to utilize her virtual coaching services because I had such a great experience!

Training at FORM Fitness has challenged me to try new ways of moving, helping me see growth in both mental and physical strength. Working with Rachel also introduced me to others who are on a journey to improve themselves. Having Rachel as a coach is fun! She takes the time to understand my goals and keeps the movement fresh and interesting. I truly enjoy my workouts and I feel empowered and strong!

I have been training with Rachel for several months. She has helped me tremendously in my healthier me journey. Training has not only helped my physical health but also my mental health and she is very knowledgeable about what she does and modifies thing according to needs and abilities. She pushes you when you need it and always makes sure she is utilizing our time together the absolute best way. She keeps up on new studies and information surrounding fitness and incorporates it into her training to ensure we are always getting the best work outs. I highly recommend for anyone looking to achieve a better lifestyle all together!!

Great trainer and coach! No session is the same, as she switches up my workout routine every week to keep things interesting. Without the accountability, I would not be exercising at all - which is not good when you're in your late 50s. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working out with Rachel for about 6 months and I couldn’t be happier. I’m late 40s and had completely stopped working out for a few years so I really needed someone who could tailor a workout to my level of fitness. That’s exactly what Rachel does for every single workout. She dials everything in to meet me where I’m at. I am feeling so much stronger and healthier and more positive about my body. Rachel is fantastic and I can’t recommend her enough.

I've been training with Rachel for about 1 1/2 years now and love it! I feel better physically and mentally. I had a gym membership at another "fitness center" but always felt overwhelmed when I walked in not having a clue how to use the equipment or if I was even using it correctly! Rachel has taught me proper form/technique when doing any exercise. She makes me feel comfortable/confident and pushes me to do things I NEVER thought possible!

When I first started training with Rachel I had just found out I was pregnant. The amount of support I have had from Rachel throughout my pregnancy and during the workouts is just amazing! Her knowledge of fitness and being a mom herself has made my fitness journey such a great experience! She makes adjustments to my workouts to assure the safety of me and baby while still keeping them challenging. I can tell the difference in my strength and flexibility not just while working out but in my daily life as well! I cannot wait to continue and see my results physically and mentally after baby arrives and excited to continue my fitness journey at FORM Fitness Studio!

I decided I really needed to do more than walk to stay fit, a friend found Rachel. I also really need accountability because I do. It like working out. Rachel gives me the accountability I need with a perfect amount of grace! As a 50+ I am really wanting to stay active and healthy, rachel is extremely knowledgeable in regards to woman’s health and changing things up if it hurts or isn’t working after 8 weeks I am feeling so much stronger, I am seeing changes in my body, and I am sleeping better. I would recommend FORM fitness 100%!

I can honestly say that I would not be in the shape I am in during quarantine if it weren't for Rachel. I always thought I'd be more of a gym person and was skeptical about at home workouts and the progress I would see, but I am pleasantly surprised. I have notice more definition in my body after Rachel's 6-week program than months at the gym. She pushes you, modifies exercises if needed, takes the time to check in on you and encourages you along the way! If you are in need of an amazing trainer, look no more. Thanks again Rachel!

I started working out with Rachel after having been sidelined for 9 months with a really serious illness. I had been reasonably fit in the past and I was SUPER frustrated with where this illness had taken me. I needed a different approach than I had used in the past, I needed to learn to listen to my body more and not stress so much about the scales (guilty!). I can't say enough great things about how Rachel has coached me along while teaching me patience and how to be kinder to myself. I'm feeling stronger, healthier and happier...all wins! I couldn’t be happier to have found Rachel! She makes working out seem so easy but yet feeling sore on a daily basis. I feel completely comfortable. I’m not a gym person and that’s held me back so this is perfect for me. She’s stuck with me for as long as she’ll train.
