This gym is so much more than just a gym. It is family, community, friends and fellowship. The instructors have made me feel welcome and comfortable from day one. I went to this gym for a 6-week challenge back in May! Even though I wasn’t a full-time member, every coach was more than welcoming and I met some very nice ladies who let me join their group for my first workout and that helped take away the nerves of a first class! The creative workouts are awesome! I wasn’t able to sign up full time after the challenge because I needed to tighten up my finances to work towards the goal of owning my own home. I do hope I can sign up again someday, once that goal is achieved! My best friend goes to classes each week and the coaches have asked her how I’m doing and have been so supportive if she asks questions on my behalf about things such as pre-workouts and I couldn’t be more appreciative of that continued support!

What a great team of coaches! They will help you at where ever you are in your fitness journey! Foundation fitness is definitely worth a try, I promise you will love it. Foundation Fitness is a great place for all skill levels. Boot camp or private training in pods are the choices. I do the Boot Camp part. There are people there that are super fit and they are challenged every workout. Then there are also people that are not quite so fit. And they (I am one of them) are not embarrassed or shamed a bit by the coaches and/or fellow boot campers. Due to medical issues my left leg and arm don't work well, sometimes not at all, and if I can't do something, the coaches quickly and cheerfully give me a modification. Mostly, Foundation Fitness is an incredibly positive place to stay fit, get fit, or just make sure to keep moving. All ages of adults are welcome. It's really a family, and I recommend that you just give it a try! The worst you can do is not like it. But I doubt that will happen. Shout out to the owners Nicholas and Steb and the other fabulous coaches (all of them are great people!!) for running a well-oiled machine!

I have been coming to this gym since 201 when it was Fitbody. . I started doing the bootcamp workouts and then moved to the POD workouts where there are only 6 people in a class. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about the workouts. Coaches work you “where you are at” and adjust the workouts accordingly. Recently 2 of the coaches purchased the gym and changed the name. I feel it has only gotten better! They focus on the whole you…fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing and spiritual wellbeing if that is what you are looking for . I had a very emotional las year and honestly this place got me through all my ups and downs! You will never regret joining Foundation Fitness!

Then life threw me a curveball. An accident led to a stroke, and I was restricted to using only 5-pound weights. But Foundation Fitness never missed a beat. The trainers immediately adapted every workout to meet my needs, helping me rebuild strength slowly but surely. Today, I’m back to full strength—and I owe so much of that to the unwavering support of this community.

The pods are perfect for people who feel overwhelmed by larger bootcamp-style classes. Personally, I’ve seen more progress and strength gains through the pods. The bootcamps also offer a fun, upbeat energy and make for a great quick workout.

Foundation Fitness has done wonders for my physical and mental health. I've worked with Coach Nicholas for almost a year. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to customize workouts to strengthen weaker muscles due to injuries without causing further pain. With his support, I've been able to exceed my weight loss goal and develop the muscle strength to do exercises that were impossible for me when I first joined. Although I've only worked with Coach Nicholas, all the coaches are welcoming and supportive; they always say hello and celebrate everyone's accomplishments. Owners Esteban Russell and Nicholas Veitengruber are smart! They bring us clients fresh workouts which is so awesome for those who have been clients for many years! These workouts however are very beginner friendly.
All of our trainers are highly educated, with sports medicine backgrounds, some collegiate athletes, and most continue to educate themselves post graduate degrees.
I am also 10 months post Bariatric Sleeve surgery and having trained with Foundation Fitness I was able to recover and return to the gym with the clearance of my surgeon after 2 weeks post op!!

The gym is locally owned as well, so you’re supporting a small business and local economy!
The community here is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and the atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to hit new personal records, this gym is the place to be. I’m so grateful to be part of a place that prioritizes both physical results and personal growth. Highly recommend!

This gym. THIS GYM! I’ve never been a gym person and have always gone in spurts of trying new fads and failing and beating myself up. This is not just a gym, Foundation Fitness is a supportive community of coaches and members. The coaches meet you where you are, provide individual nutrition and fitness guidance, and get to know you for who you are. The members cheer each other on and truly want to see you succeed. It’s incredible. Every time I walk through the doors, I feel welcome and am always so happy I drug myself out of bed 😂 I’ve gained so much confidence in myself and in my ability to be the healthiest version of myself I can be. Do I stumble? Yep. Do I get back on the horse? Every time. Thank you, Foundation Fitness for guiding me, supporting me, and walking alongside me in this journey. ♥️

Foundation Fitness is just that..... the foundation to your fitness goals. The workouts are great and can be modified for any fitness level. The trainers are spectacular and they all really do their best to help each client in every workout. Whether it's pushing you to lift a little heavier, assisting you in an alternative movement or simply encouraging you to keep going, they are there! I've also had great experiences with advice on diet and nutrition. Most recently, they've offered partnerships with physical therapy and supplements. They really care! They want what's best for their clients in every way. It's such a fun, inclusive environment. You're not just a stranger here. Nope. The staff knows everyone's name and often, what's going on in their lives. It's so easy and comfortable to meet others to workout alongside with. Obviously, if you can't tell, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love working out at Foundation Fitness. The trainers are so helpful and knowledgeable especially when I need modifications due to previous sports injuries. Best part is, the work outs are full of energy and GREAT music.
