GOOGLE has placed our pool on the map! Simply google Fraser Aquatics and then click on GET DIRECTIONS. The map will take you straight to our doors!
APPLE MAPS will NOT work to find the right parking lot - please be aware of this!!
WAZE has also worked with us to give us our own map spot!!
They have created a name that you can search for. Next time you travel to this location, look up "Community Pool - Fraser High School", and that will take you to the back parking lot, off of Klein Rd. If you come across any other problems, please let us know. Thank you!

Fraser Aquatics has been an outstanding choice for both myself and my kids as we learn to swim. The environment is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are top-notch. Mrs. May and Mrs. Caleigh are particularly impressive with their kindness, patience, and encouraging approach. It’s clear they genuinely care about their students' progress. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for top-quality instruction. I highly recommend Fraser Aquatics to anyone looking for a supportive and affordable swimming school for the whole family.

I’ve had a fantastic experience learning to swim as an adult at Fraser Aquatics. The environment is welcoming and supportive, and the staff are truly exceptional. Mrs. May and Mrs. Caleigh stand out for their kindness, patience, and encouragement. They make every lesson enjoyable and help build confidence in the water. I highly recommend Fraser Aquatics to anyone looking to improve their swimming skills in a positive and professional setting.

I've been taking adult swimming lessons here, and so have my four kids as well. The price is good, and the staff is excellent. There's always extra help available for the parent-baby class, which has been a huge benefit for us.
I want to give a special shout out to my instructors, May and Caleigh. They are fantastic, patient, and skilled, making the learning experience enjoyable for both me. Learning to swim as an adult is no easy task.
I highly recommend this pool, for anyone looking for quality swimming lessons at a great value!

Is one or the best and affordable swim lessons in town! The price has never went up! There is an instructor for every two kids. The highest levels look like they are headed to the Olympics!

The best for swim lessons in the area, affordable, excellent teachers, and ensure that the students ACTUALLY meet the requirements. Also, work on making students comfortable in deep water and diving board.

We went to Open Swim on April 15th. They were using several rows for testing. This was confusing as it wasn't marked. A man who worked there with dark hair was screaming at people. He was awful. He would get right the children's faces and say "What is wrong with you? Get out of our way!" He even pushed a couple of kids. This is completely unacceptable. I hope Fraser Aquatics deals with this angry employee.

Attempted to get info about swimming lessons by calling and the lady who answered talked extremely fast and was abrupt, impatient and a bit abrasive...almost purposely as if she didn't want to help me, which she didn't. She referred me to their website which was terribly difficult to understand. I gave up and went elsewhere. Now that I'm reading the reviews I feel like she did me a favor and is more than likely the same rude person everyone else is talking about

My son Noah and I love the experience Fraser Aquatics provides. The director Melissa is very nice and accommodating and we appreciate how kind she is when answering any of our questions. Noah looks forward to classes each week and I love how we get to bond together in the pool. Thanks Melissa and team!

So far, so good. My daughter just started swim lessons, but I wasn't sure about the program. She had her first one lesson here, and it went well.
For those who have custody agreements. I also have joint custody of my daughter, so i was afraid of the scheduling since I only have her for a week at a time (not the easiest situation to navigate if you know what i mean), they were also willing to work things out so she could still attend all of the classes, which was amazing in of itself.

Great program for young children to learn an invaluable skill. Staff is wonderful, many of them are teenagers but you can tell they take their jobs seriously. Our kids are only 4, we do teach them ourselves when we can as well but their skills are progressing far more quickly because of Fraser Aquatics. Learning to swim at a young age is extremely important. A child's life could ultimately depend on it. Don't wait, get your kid swimming as soon as possible.

I can't say enough about this program & the instructors. It's well organized, and the instructors have been all very patient and great with both of my boys.
My older son, who has ASD, is progressing more than I ever expected, and the instructors he's had have been absolutely awesome with him & given him confidence in himself.
My youngest is more than a handful, I'll flat out admit that, but his instructors have also been fantastic. Firm enough when they need to be while still making it fun & a great learning experience for him.
100% recommend!

I registered my grandson and yes they're cheap because they have teenagers teaching the classes and don't have a schedule that accommodates working parents.
The student instructors mostly sing songs and expect a 15 months old to climb up the side of the pool rail. They don't teach swimming techniques at least for his age group.
But the supervisor as THE NASTIEST attitude I've ever seen. She's extremely rude. Because of her attitude, I took him to Aquatots where he's actually learning to swim and they're nicer. I can afford to pay for better customer service.

We really appreciate Melissa and her team. Thank you for all that you do to serve the community. Swimming is is skill that everyone should learn. My four children started with a fear of swimming and now they all love swimming and are confident swimmers. One of the best programs in the area.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this organization. First and foremost, the instructors are amazing with the children, very knowledgeable, and as a parent I feel 100% confident knowing my children are in their hands. The program itself is extremely well organized, communication is awesome, and my kids leave every class improving on their skills. I’ve been to other swim clubs where instructor to child ratio was not as good nor did each child get enough time actually swimming vs waiting for other kids to swim. With Fraser the children are constantly swimming and doing exercises. You will not be disappointed at all with choosing your lessons with them!

A+ from me! All of the instructors have been great; I love that they're young adults, because it gives my kids the feeling and security of a big brother/sister helping them in the pool. The ratio between students/instructors is better than most programs in the area, and the cost is much lower! The director, Melissa, is wonderful; she is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend checking this program out!

Most of the instructors here are great. An elderly woman who taught the young kids (ages 4?) was pretty mean. My kids weren’t in her group but I sat right there listening to her be incredibly rude to these kids. My own kids witnessed it and couldn’t believe this woman’s attitude. I had an experience with another instructor who didn’t like me and my two year old walking in and out of the door that was propped open. I sat in the corner by the door on purpose, so if my toddler had a melt down I could go outside to the hallway. She very rudely told me not to do that anymore, we didn’t bother anyone but her. We did this on numerous occasions during the summer and fall times, without any other instructors being bothered. The door was propped open. I was right there with my child. Between her and the elderly lady I couldn’t come back. The other instructors were wonderful though.

We LOVE Fraser Aquatics! We have had our kids enrolled in the program for several years and both of them love it. The teachers are all great, especially Ryan Allor! He has been a teacher for both of my kids and they love him. He makes them feel comfortable in the water, is patient, and makes learning to swim fun.

My kids have been coming here for the past four years now and they absolutely love it, my daughter has made a major improvement and moved up to the next Level up and she is 7 years old and my 4 year old is making such a amazing improvement just recently moved up to the next level up. I love this place I’m super impressed and then the program it just unbelievable. That person that’s in charge she’s very professional very fair most important thing she’s a parent. I drive over 45 minute one-way and I don’t mind it at all because of the improvement I’ve seen in my kids, usually the younger kids jellyfish and guppies I have noticed no child sit behind and wait for his or her turn every student has one instructor working with them constantly nonstop I highly recommend this place to every single parent it’s very organized very fair super clean and sanitize.

My son was in a different program for 5+ months and didn't learn as much as what Fraser Aquatics is teaching. Plus there is one teacher/assistant per student in his level. Also, it's way more cost efficient. This is only my 2nd week and I feel he is learning more now than in the last 5+ months. Keep up the good job!

When we observed “Miss Patty’s” consistent sarcasm and demeaning treatment toward the 4-5 year olds, we decided to pull our son from the swim school. If you’re into the whole “tough love grandma thing”, then this is the right place for you. Otherwise, hearing her scoff at children, telling them “this is ridiculous”, or gruffly telling them to “stop crying” proved enough for us. Telling the director “Melissa” about these issues proved ineffective and our concerns were essentially ignored. Absolutely NO REFUNDS even for 9 sessions that we had prepaid for. “Sorry to hear that we were dissatisfied” doesn’t cut it when the issues were already addressed and subsequently dismissed.

Price is good, but you get what you pay for. This is about quantity over quality - at least for the toddlers and infants. There are helpers in the pool, but the instructor is someone standing outside of the pool talking into a mic and changing what we do every 5 minutes - seems very lackadaisical. If you actually want to acclimate your children (I can only speak on 15 months and under) to the water, I'd recommend elsewhere (speaking from experience). The pool is cold, they state it's heated to 80 degrees but it feels much colder. Lots of kids in the younger group just shiver constantly for all 30 mins (this is in the November timlockere frame). The benches in the locker room are maybe a foot wide to change your kids, so they get to lay there freezing while you dry and change them. Nothing but "it's so cold, sorry we will be done soon" comments in the both locker rooms (my wife and I both have changed our son in each respective room). We had no idea it would be so cold, coming from another facility we previously purchased swim lessons from. No partial refunds can be made here, only credits for future classes if you have a doctor's note. Overall, I would not recommend Fraser Aquatics for toddlers.
Edit: In response to the response I received and after some quick research I see that since the pools primary function is for a high school swim team the pool water should be around 80 degrees Fahrenheit as to prevent overheating. It's seems a basic recommendation for "children" is 82 - 86 degrees. For "babies/infants" that's upwards of 86 - 90. I can't speak to different regulations such as a being labeled a therapeutic pool vs. a regulation (for competition) pool, but with this knowledge I would still advise people who have kids under 2 to stay away, at least during the winter fall/winter months.

My kids have been going to Fraser Aquatics for over 4 years. The instructors are fully trained and Red Cross certified, which gives me piece of mind. The pool and locker rooms are very clean. The instructors pay attention to the child's actual skill level, and don't advance them up to the next level class until they're truly ready. They teach the children to be safe in the water, without making them fearful of the water. And most importantly, for me anyway, they're knowledgable with how to work with children with special needs. We'll never go anywhere else.

My family has had nothing but good experiences with Fraser Aquatics. The young instructors are amazing - they really push their students to excel, but in a patient and caring manner. I'm constantly impressed with their maturity and professionalism. They always take the time to address each student's needs.

The prices are decent but the girls are not good with the children. Some of the kids teaching don't know how to make the kids feel comfortable which results in children having to retake courses multiple times. After months of complaining about some of the teachers dropping my child in the water by a mistake etc which lost her trust in them I will be switching to somewhere else. Do not recommend this place to help smaller kids because not all of the teachers can make them feel comfortable. Only a handful.

The pricing for children's swim lesson is excellent! Other places are 4x the amount! Plus I am supporting local school systems. They have plenty of instructors per child. I plan on having my 10 month old go through all the levels. You do not have to be a Fraser resident either which is great. Overrall a great program!

This is an amazing program, and I can't say enough good things about it. It is very reasonably priced, and ALL their swim instructors are CPR certified (unlike some other swim programs). My children both started swimming there as infants, and in the four years we have been there, they've become excellent swimmers. The staff is friendly and truly takes the chance to get to know the kids. The instructors are wonderful with new reluctant swimmers and go above and beyond to help the children feel safe and comfortable coming to swim class. I HIGHLY recommend this program!
