GPC is a fitness studio dedicated to providing a wide variety of classes at an affordable cost! Being a part of GPC means feeling comfortable and welcome, and having the opportunity to challenge yourself. Creativity, providing a positive environment, and low pressure are important to me.

Between myself and the other instructors here, we want to give you a good experience.

I grew tired of the same old workout routine and now that I discovered GPC I am reinvigorated. Josh does a great job of implementing workouts that are fun, motivating and challenging. I strongly encourage those young, old, advanced or just starting out to check this place out.

Love the Senior classes! Challenging, but can be modified if needed. Strength, cardio, flexibility, balance, and more. Each class presents a new challenge. Josh is awesome! Patient yet motivating.

Awesome Gym!! Josh who owns it is awesome and very accommodating, the fitness classes are challenging and creative, i've been coming here for over 1yr and never did the same fitness class twice!! I do personal training here as well, and it's the best experience with a trainer i've ever had. 10/10 would recommend this spot regardless of your fitness level, there's something for you to do

Instructors here are extremely helpful and truly care about their attendees. This gym has a small group feel with experienced instructors. I enjoy the variety of the lifting and cardio classes and recommend this place to everyone - beginners and experts. It’s 100% worth at least stopping in and giving them a shot.
