Awesome little family gym to drop in. Went here to lift during a layover and paid a modest day fee via venmo.

Crystal will unlock your inner strength through your outer strength. I fell over in my fitness journey due to a sedentary job leading to injury, and she set me back upright without breaking me with overtraining. In a world inundated with superficial ideals about strength, her drive to help each individual improve against their own personal measures is all that counts in this world, anyway.

Our family loves GR Strength! I found Kristin through numerous recommendations on our community Facebook page and truth be told, followed her for several months before I messaged her. I needed something different from going to classes or using a standardized weight loss program that I’d tried before. I wanted someone who understood that real change is about discovering our own internal roadblocks to doing what we know we need to do.
I started training & coaching with her during the early pandemic months, outdoors & moved back to GR Strength with her afterward. My husband wanted in & has been training with Stuart for the past 9 months or so. We go twice a week for 30 min & have seen serious gains! We love the family-owned feel, appreciate flexibility in scheduling when life gets busy & the ability to have our kiddos tag along when they’re on break from school.
If you’re looking for a typical commercial gym, this isn’t it… no waiting for machines, no mirrors, no meat market social dynamics. Everyone there trains with Stu, Kristin, or Mal, and is there to work hard. We’ve gotten to know other trainees & there is a nice encouraging, friendly vibe without the drama. We love it!

This place is beautiful, not only was there plenty of plates to use on the machines and free weights, but there was a ton of room to move around. I give this a 5 star since the community is amazing. Plus they have dogs there that are more than just dogs, but rather friends. If you want a place to train for athletics, bodybuilding, or just strength in general. For only $30 a month this place is fantastic.
