Took a yoga class there this morning, and it was great. Very nice facilty. The owner, Lisa, and yoga instructor Kia are very friendly and welcoming. They mentioned future massage area and a venue for smaller gatherings. Highly recommend. Thank so much!

The rooms are rather nice, lots of machines to work on, though the ac wasn't working in the front room, where some of them were located. They have lots of classes both in the morning and early evening, but they are very very expensive. $85 a month if you want to include yoga. The service was good, everyone was very friendly.
