I’ve been working with Aimee for almost 25 years and started teaching Pilates & GYROTONIC because of her passion and guidance. She also was instrumental in helping me with my own lower back rehab many years ago, it has changed my life. Aimee is caring and detailed and has a deep knowledge of the work and human bodies. I have been training with master trainer Aimee McDonald since the early 90’s and have definitely grown under her excellent teaching. I began studying with her as a Gyrotonic apprentice and continue now as a Gyrotonic instructor. Over these years I followed her to her prior locations along the way. Last summer I did a training in her new permanent home studio located behind her house. In my opinion it is the most wonderful, aesthetically beautiful environment to move and work in! It is like being in the “treetops” with light streaming in from windows on every wall. The spacious high ceiling room houses all the various Gyrotonic equipment to accommodate any of the trainings you are seeking. The beautiful tree lined neighborhood has easy parking and minutes away from downtown Ann Arbor if you’re in need of a restaurant. However, bring your lunch and Aimee will welcome you into her home, offer you coffee, tea and home made cookies! Excellent instruction, beautiful studio, great location free parking and hospitality you can’t go wrong!! Jane Gamble
