I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned gym! The workouts are always challenging, but the coaches make sure every movement can be modified so all fitness levels feel welcome. I love that i get get personalized attention, but with the energy and support of a small group.

The owners genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors, and it shows in the atmosphere they’ve created. It feels more like a community than a gym. If you’re looking for a place that pushes you, encourages you, and actually knows your name, this is it.

I have been with this program for two years now, the coaches are great and very knowledgeable. The classes are fun and appropriate for all fitness levels. With the 30 minutes classes it is easy to fit into your day. I highly recommend High Point Fitness.

This place has been my saving grace. The owners, the coaches, and the members. Theyve become my support and my community, as well as my accountability partners. High Point Fitness has friendly, knowledgeable and fully approachable staff along with my favorite trainer, the owner, Tara. Workouts are a quick 30 minutes in and out routine including weight training and some aerobics hitting all the major muscle groups. From novice to professional athlete you will learn something and enjoy a fun workout. Since I have knee issues the staff and owner have several modifications for those who need it. The gym is clean, music is fun and a great place to work out. You’ll always feel welcome.

This is not just a gym but an extended family. I personally went through an unexpected loss of a loved one. Through his illness and after, Jake checked in on me and my family. I can't express enough how much Jake, all the members and coaches helped me get through such a difficult time. I have been with fit body over a year. Such a great workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and help adapt the workouts for all different levels of participants. I have wanted to go back everyday just to feel energized afterwards and that is coming from a person who thought she would workout maybe 3 times a week. They make sure that you are able to do your best and are there to jump in and correct you if your form is off. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to challenge themselves. Plus they have several different classes a day and I love the availability.

I have been going here for a year now- ever since they first opened and I love it. This is such an encouraging and fun atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcomed. Trainers will modify moves to be easier or harder as needed. I’m always drenched in sweat after the 30 minute workout and I love it! I have tried a lot of different gyms, but have never found a place to keep me inspired and coming back. I wanted a place that was supportive and fun, not intimidating or judgmental. I am so happy I found Gull Road Fit Body Boot Camp, it is everything I was looking for. The coaches are amazing, they make sure your form is good, help you modify exercises as needed, and challenge you to push yourself during the workout. I like the workouts, they are 30 minutes of high intensity interval workout, and they change everyday so you don't get bored. The other members are fun and supportive, and we are all on a journey to fitness together. So happy I found this gym!!!

I love going here! It’s fun, it’s challenging, and it’s welcoming! The 30 minutes fly by and I’m always so glad I went. The workouts are never the same, so there’s no boredom factor. Tara is super nice and Tyler is great at making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and encourages you to try even harder. He throws in some laughter often, too, which is a great distraction from your thoughts of exhaustion. I’m so glad I took a chance on this kind of “gym”.
