A few years ago, I won some free workouts at Holmes Fitness (first session is always free I believe) and after attending a handful of times, I was hooked! The pounds lost, muscles toned, confidence gained, and ENERGY I discovered while attending there was life changing! Cordell, the staff, and clients are all like family and so welcoming. Classes are challenging and in the two years while attending regularly, no two workouts were the same! When my situation changes, I will be back!

High recommendations for Assisted Stretching by Cordell. I have issues with my shoulders from repetitive motion and a past dislocation. In just a couple sessions I am showing improvement in my range of motion, stiffness, inflammation, and pain! Looking forward to getting back on those heavy weights! πͺβ¨οΈ

I started working with Cordell to strengthen my core and leg muscles. Iβm back working at stretching my hips and gaining flexibility. What I appreciate most about Holmes Fitness are the people and their sense of community. Cordell is able to personalize my workouts which I appreciate and go at my pace. The gym is clean and organized. Come check it out, thereβs something for everyone and I recommend the stretching program.

Cordell has been working with me to improve the flexibility in my hips due to arthritis. It only takes about 15 minutes each session, and Iβm definitely feeling improvement in my ability to continue working out without as much pain and discomfort. I would strongly suggest allowing him to help you tooβ¦.whether itβs for loosening tight hamstrings or hips, it could truly help to make your workouts, and just daily life in general, better and more comfortable.

The best workout you'll ever have! Started feeling more energized after a few classes and saw a positive change in my mood instantly. Cordell has great attention to detail and will help you personally on what is best for you. He helped me drop my pregnancy weight fast and I am obsessed with his Boxing class. If you want a change but don't know what to do, this is your gym. Even if your experienced you'll get one hell of a workout!

I havenβt worked out in a (long) while, and this was a great jump back in. Cordell really met me where I was at, encouraged me and pushed me to go a little harder, and REALLY put a lot of focus on form, which is what keeps you safe. Itβs all small classes so he is able to pay attention and rotate through everyone. Everyone seemed really chill and happy to be there. There will be a return visit in my future (once I can move again π)

Cordell is a fantastic instructor! It was my first time coming to Holmes Fitness and I decided to try boxing class and Cordell really helped me understand what I was doing and had a great program. I have been working out with Cordell and his fitness group for almost 3 months now. I have lost 18 lbs, and numerous inches from my body. I recommend Cordell to everyone. His training is intense, challenging, and ever-changing. You will not get bored doing the same routines over and over. He offers a variety of classes, and is more than willing to adapt excercises to meet any challenges or limitations you may have. You do not have to be a member of the Y to attend his studio, and the first class is free. With a variety of ways to attend; drop in, punch cards, or he offers an unlimited plan so you can attend for 6-8 weeks at a time. Look him up if you want to be challenged, and see changes in your body and outlook on fitness.
