We've participated in ninja, gymnastics, and one cheer class here at horizon. Our kids have SO much fun. They count down the days until they get to go back to class. My Ninja wanted to host her birthday party here too because she wanted her friends to have fun with her. We will definitely have another birthday party here. It was so simple and easy + affordable.

My kid had fun in Ninja class but his teacher spent most of his time hanging with the other teenagers then teaching them anything. Nice people, nice facility, ninja guy needs to coach. I can watch my kid bounce on things at home for free

This place has my child in therapy after attending. I’m being asked repeatedly if he was abused at daycare. To my knowledge I never saw any physical abuse, but there are something’s going on with the mental and emotional side. I tried to speak with the owner before pulling my child out of daycare there. She asked for my opinion on my child and when I gave it, she told me I was wrong. For your kids mental health…. Beware!

My daughter attended summer camp at Horizon and loved it! She asked me to sign her up again for this summer. All of the staff that worked with her were kind and seemed to genuinely care about her and the other children in their care. They made the days engaging with a mixture of learning, gym time, and outdoor activities. I will be signing her up again to attend the summer camp program.

My girls (age 7 & 11) go here for gymnastics and LOVE IT!!! They have learned a lot from their coaches over the past couple years and have a lot of fun! They have even joined their competition team. My twins also attended the daycare here before they reached school age and loved every second of it. There are several activities, play time and daily learning involved. The daycare is very loving. Also, this makes a GREAT place for a birthday party! My twins had theirs here this summer. It was run by the staff. All of the kids had a blast (and no cleanup for me afterwards!). Very affordable! Thank you all!

My daughter has been attending horizon in some way shape or form since she was 18 months old. She is now 13! Over the past 12 years I have seen both the gymnastics and day care side. One the gymnastics side I have seen kids coached with nothing but their growth and safety in mind. It’s truly amazing what these coaches teach the kids of all ages. On the day care side I have never experienced anything but love and professionalism for these kids and their parents. From my own child when she was young to my friends children who still attend. They put safety first which I’m so thankful for. Thank you horizon for always giving this working parent peace of mind.

Both of my children attend Horizon and they absolutely love it. They've learned so much during their time there and get to have fun while doing it. In addition, the staff and owners are absolutely fantastic. They are very friendly, passionate about their jobs and truly care about the wellbeing of the kids. They were on the news for their neglect. Apparently they don't even do thorough background checks on employees and the daycare was under provision since July of this year. YIKES!!

New to the area heard about this place was going in to get information and to sign my daughter up when I heard a teacher talking to a toddler very rude and just not ok if children bother you and you have a problem with them she should have pick another job it’s not the children’s fault you don’t like your job after I heard and saw that I walked out and said nope not my child then need to hire better employees and have a way better and strict protocol especially when running and working with infant children this place should be shut down and especially not be working with infant children someone needs to report this place it looks nice but very horrible with our kids

I was there signing my son up for daycare, which I’ve now decided against after what I witnessed, and I think other parents should be made aware. 3 employees were walking with maybe 7 kids under the age of 2 to their playground area. None of the kids had hats on, which I found strange for a 42 degree day, however, that wasn’t the huge issue. They forgot a kid. They left him walking to their playground and shut the gate. I waited there a minute to see if they would realize they were missing a kid.. But I decided to intervene when the toddler was walking in the parking lot! I picked him up and brought him to the playground, they seemed unconcerned and a bit rude saying “we were just doing head count”. Um, what? head count? how about an employee walks behind all of the children and double checks before you shut the gate and are out of sight. This could have ended badly had I not been there. I went back inside to talk to the owner who was there, and a different employee told me things like this have happened before!! My son is no longer going to be attending this place.

Just had my sons 7th Birthday party here! Everything was great! The room was ready when I arrived to decorate, the staff was friendly and great with the kids and the kids had a blast! My son said it was the best birthday ever!!! The staff kept everyone busy and safe (24 kids) and the manager was great with communicating with me before the event! We also do the Saturday date nights here and we love those as well. Definitely recommend all programs here!!!

We loved having our little girl at Horizon Little Explorers. She loved her teachers, they always greeted her warmly, and she learned a ton that she probably wouldn’t have learned at home or with a nanny. Things like sign language using utensils even from as little as 9-10 months. The staff was always great to us as parents and our baby always was always excited to go to school. What more could you really ask for.

My daughter has been attending horizon since she was two. She has learned so many amazing skills beyond gymnastics. The coaches are amazing with helping grow each kids individual skills as well as teaching what it means to be part of a team. She’s learned discipline and how to take constructive criticism. Both of which are skills she will take into her adult life.
Thank you horizon for always answering my questions when they come up and being great communicators at what she needs.

I've called several times only to get no answer or hung up on. After reading these reviews I'll stick with my gut and send my 3yr old to kids unlimited where they actually answered their phone, were very kind, and willing to answer all of my questions on the phone.

We have been attending Horizons for a few months after attending a closer gymnastics place for the past 5 years. We started our older daughter first & was amazed how far she has come in the few months compared to 3 years at the previous gymnastics place! We then moved my younger daughter because of the success with our older daughter. Both of them love it and can't wait to go each week, which was not the case for my older daughter at our previous gym. I love that both girls get some individual attention as well as group & skills they have to work on independently. We are beyond so happy we made the move even though we now have a 30 minute drive instead of a 5 minute drive. Those of you complaining about equipment & cleaniess I have not seen that. Of course equipment gets worn but let me tell ya, the last place we went that is also well known, was WAY worse!

My daughter attended gymnastics here. The place is filthy. Really look around once you're inside, its disgusting. The staff is extremely green and disorganized. Noone one seems to know what's going on. There were multiple times my daughter needed some extra help or direction. I'm pretty laid back and we enrolled in this class purely for fun but this was a little too "loose' even gor my liking. We will be going somewhere else next time.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. My kid had fun playing. My only reason for giving two stars is the condition of the equipment. Most of the stuff was extremely loved and worn. Mats have rips in them, the foam cubes in the pit have worn edges and one of the trampolines is missing the cover that goes over the springs.

My daughter and I love horizon. We had her birthday there last fall and they did such an amazing job. The kiddos had a blast and this mama loved the ease of it all. This winter we started the cheer tumbling class and I was blown away at how far my girl came in such a short time. The staff are all amazing with the kids as well as very knowledgeable. We will for sure be going back this year.

We love Horizon Kids Complex! My children have been attending classes for 5 years now and they all absolutely love it. The coaches are all friendly and knowledgeable and really get the kids motivated wanting to learn new skills. Classes are structured helping to keep everyone engaged. If you are looking for somewhere to take your kids who want to learn gymnastics or advance their skills in gymnastics or cheerleading Horizon Kids Complex is the place to go!! They also have ninja classes.

Poor supervision and inattentive teachers. My son came home with Bruises and a black eye but I didn't complain because he was enjoying himself. I started getting contacted by the teacher that he was fighting so I asked him why he was doing this and he told me because two of the kids there were holding him down and he couldn't breath. The next time I dropped him off I lingered in drop off area and watched this happening to him. I informed the Teacher and she suggested adding help ( kicking up the cost for us twice) to which I agreed. He still came home with bruises and stories about getting held down. I told him to scream as loud as he could when the kids were hurting him. The teacher called stating he couldn't come to school anymore and tried claiming he had anger issues. Well I would be angry too if I was getting abused with no help from the person who is suppose to be in charge. I will be returning him to the school (which cost a bit more) that he had been going to for years previous. I have never had issues with Tutor Time and the Teachers there love having him. Just goes to show you get what you pay for.

Horizon is amazing in so many ways!!! My daughter has now been attending for her 3rd summer and is already telling me she wants to go back next summer! It is engaging, interesting and most of all fun with lots of new friends to make. "Best summer ever" in her words. I appreciate all of the staff, always helpful, courteous and professional. More importantly-kid friendly. Thank you for all you do!!

I would LOVE to get my children involved with different activities at the Horizon Complex, but I've called 4 times with questions about specific classes and have not received calls back. When I called again this morning I was treated like an idiot for trying to get information being told to only look at the website, that prices and other very basic information couldn't be provided over the phone because the woman "had not been provided with any of that information". I will take my children to another business and I will tell my friends to stay away. This morning was more than a little off putting. The Horizons Complex is not somewhere I'd trust my kids to be due to the way I was brushed off while trying to spend a lot of money (possibly for years).
