HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.
Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise– what we like to call “3D Training”– and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available

Love love love my membership here. The staff always greets and makes sure you’re having the best day possible. After every workout I love the way I feel. I absolutely love Hotworx SkyVue in East Lansing! The studio is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The infrared workouts are a game-changer, and I feel so much stronger and healthier since I started. The variety of classes keeps things exciting, and the 24/7 access makes it so convenient to fit into my busy schedule. I absolutely love HOTWORX, I tried three different gyms before finally finding this place. The environment at HOTWORX makes me feel very comfortable and safe, its never too crowded and the workouts leave me feeling accomplished at the end of the day.

I love this place! The flexibility of scheduling, the cleanliness, the variety of workouts and of course, the infrared heat 🔥! I am a fitness instructor in the area and Hotworx East Lansing gives me the recovery and HIIT workouts that help me feel balanced from the other work I do. I also love the FX Zone- it has everything you need to get an excellent strength workout: dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension straps, a Bosu, a battle rope, weighted balls, a cable machine and more 💪🏼! Try it out!

I’m really enjoying my membership at HOTWORX. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. It is open 24/7 and I always feel safe when I’m there during unstaffed hours. I love that there are so many ISO and HIIT workouts to try. The membership rate is very reasonable and there are lots of challenges to keep you motivated. I highly recommend!

I love hotworx!! All of the staff is amazing and they keep the gym/saunas super clean. They also have a really nice shower area for after your workouts and a great free weight/gym area. I love that hotworx is 24/7 so I can come in and workout anytime :) 10/10 recommend getting a membership here!
