I’ve been going to Ideal Core for several years and love it. Fun and friendly small group classes for both strength and Pilates that cater to all fitness levels. They give clients personal attention and guidance, helping and me meet and maintain my goals. Highly recommend!

I have been a client at Ideal Core for years and it is the best studio/gym I’ve ever belonged to! Greg and Lindsay are amazing trainers and teachers. They are encouraging, super knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with! There is a culture at Ideal Core that encourages everyone to be the best version of themselves, unlike most gyms. I love their group classes where I get to workout with other great people and have a set time and place that holds me accountable. Ideal Core has truly made me stronger and fitter than ever before!

I have been strength training and/or taking Pilates with Ideal Core for a couple years now. I have been so impressed with the level of individual attention provided within a small group class setting. You will not skate by with bad form at Ideal Core - though you might want to, at times :)
I also appreciate how both Greg and Lindsay are constantly adding to their bank of knowledge in strength training, Pilates and overall fitness and nutrition. Greg strength trained me through my first marathon at age 50 and I know I finished strong and, most importantly, healthy, for that reason.
I am working now more with Lindsay to try and gain some mastery of Pilates. It is a huge learning curve for me, but Lindsay is so patient and fun, all while emphasizing the mind body connection of Pilates to help me gain more flexibility and strength, as well.
It is a family atmosphere in the studio. No one need feel intimidated or like you are a nameless member of a big gym. There no fancy or pretentious or gym bro vibes here. Just super knowledgeable instructors who are invested partners in your fitness goals.

If you're looking for a gym where you feel like you are part of a family, this is the place for you! Greg and Lindsay are welcoming and put their clients first. I do semi-private training and can confidently say that this is the strongest I've ever been in my life! Greg tracks our progress over time and always finds new ways to challenge us. I highly recommend Ideal Core to anyone who wants to grow in their fitness journey!

Want to look and feel your very best?! Look no further, because IdealCore customizes the perfect blend of fitness/training, nutrition, and life management.
For me, traditional gym memberships didn’t work, because when life got “busy” I found excuses not to go. “Bootcamps” drive me crazy because I also don’t need to be “pushed.” What I needed was fitness experts that could cater to “real people” with busy lives. IdealCore small group classes are perfect blend of individualized instruction without the cost of private lessons (but they do offer private classes if you choose).
I’ve been doing Pilates with Lindsay and strength training with Greg for 5+ years and I’ve never felt better. And, I look better at age 50 than I did at age 40!

Started with pilates and now integrating strength training a few times a week to try and help improve a chronic back issue and prevent another injury. I have been pain free for a few weeks and sincerely owe much of the progress of my healing to the workouts at Ideal Core. I love the classes and Lindsay and Greg are great. The classes are structured, limited in size and well-thought out from a physiological POV.
