Journey of Hope Yoga is a non-profit Christ-centered ministry that provides a welcoming safe presence and space. Everyone is invited to join our free yoga classes. We especially encourage those who have experienced difficult life situations. We welcome those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, trauma, co- dependency, grief, in addiction recovery and more. Research shows the practice of yoga is highly effective in moving people towards wellness. Yoga balances the mind and the body through movement, focus, and breath control. It helps reduce anxiety, depression, and aid in sleep by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Our hope is that through this ministry people will experience Godβs love and healing.

Such a lovely healing peaceful place. Tonight I had ear acupuncture ($20) with Ria. They had a yoga class right before that, for donations I believe.
Their Website has all their offerings.

The wake up well class is a great way to start a Monday morning! Katie creates a peaceful yet energizing environment in the room. The music is wonderful. Itβs very clean and spacious, welcoming anyone who enters. I am happy to make it a weekly routine!

We were a group of six adults and we scheduled a private session. It was great: very relaxing! Ria was very kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. She was a delight to talk to! The studio is non profit so the prices are very reasonable.
