JT Fitness is not your ordinary gym. The personal attention, curated workouts, and small group workout aspect make it the perfect place for someone like me who was intimidated by big gyms. Within a week of going, I felt super comfortable, not only with the trainers, but with the other clients. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend, especially if you are new weight lifting or coming back to it.

JT Fitness offers very personalized training and consultation. Much better atmosphere than most large gyms because there is never more than 3 people at a time so you get a lot of personal attention to ensure you are doing the workouts properly. No two workouts are the same and results are quickly seen. JT Fitness is very clean and well organized. iPads are used by each individual to track each workout and you see your progress instantly. JT Fitness offers apps you can use for scheduling, food tracking and communication. The trainers truly care about the individual and their progress. The clientele is also important and everyone not only gets along well, but encourages each other to help them reach their goals and share in their success. Both the trainers and the clientele make it a fun, but at the same time safe and serious, environment to work out. The rates are incredibly reasonable compared to large commercial facilities. I highly recommend for any one of any age and physical condition.

Nathan knows. That's it. He know's his stuff! My training experience at JT Fitness has been perfect. After decades, At 51yrs old, getting back into the gym seemed daunting. Setting my ego aside, I went in with an open mind, and it was filled with knowledge and experience that changed me. At my age, I had some typical stuff goin on, back pain, shoulder pain, general lack of motivation to exercise. In a very short time, I could feel my body functionally change for the better, and my mentality shift. I now know strength training can reduce pain, and keep us moving as we age. I really like the smaller gym atmosphere, the personal attention, and positive motivation. If you're considering it, do it, It will change you.

Before going to JT Fitness, no matter how healthy I ate & exercised I couldnt make progress. This program is the only thing that helped me lose weight and keep it off! I loved the semi private training option and made so many new friends that way. Scheduling sessions was convenient and flexible. My trainer was very encouraging and adapted my routine to where my sessions were fun but I was also able to make progress. Going to JT Fitness was a great investment & I would highly recommend!
