My daughter and son both went to kids gym for years. We were a dedicated kids gym family. It was a fun place to get some energy out but when my daughter became frustrated that she wasn't moving on (or advancing) we decided to switch to the other place in town where she has received closer attention and has advanced her gymnastics skills. Kids gym is a great place if you want a "PE" class type atmosphere where the kids can get some energy out but if your kid actually wants to learn gymnastics and advance find somewhere else.

We have been at kids gym now for a little over a year!! We jumped in last summer for some camps, recreational class, and ninja class!! Then we continued for all 5 sessions during the school year and also participated in the Jingle Bell show in December.
My daughter has thrived in their class. Their staff is so friendly, always smiling, always encouraging.
They keep class both fun and challenging. My daughter always has a smile on her face as she comes out and we have seen her grow in so many skills across the various areas of gymnastics.
I hope she will continue in their programs for many more seasons!
If I ever am in need of help or having a question their staff answers quickly and kindly through email or over the phone.

I really wish they’d make it known that they do not have the staffing to accommodate children who need a little extra help after they reach age three. They don’t offer parents to step in for that child either. Kids should not be left out because of their struggle to take direction. Autism, ADHD, and other diagnoses are common and if that can’t be accommodated, I believe that should be stated on the website. My daughter may struggle with attention but she’s no less than anyone else’s child. She’s passionate, goofy, smart, happy, caring, and so many other things and she deserve to experience things that other kids with similar OR DIFFERENT qualities, get to. We are going to give it a shot because my daughter is excited, but we’ll see if this negative review can be turned into a good one based on how the workers go about things.

My daughter is having a great time with gymnastics at Kids Gym. We started with the open gym, and are progressing from there. The customer service is what I'm raving about in this review. Whether on the phone with a staff member, or the owner, I have been treated kindly, and given thorough explanations and understandings. It has made a difference. Highly recommended.

We had a birthday party here February 2022. We were not happy, no help setting , the hostess frowned the whole time...called again to see if it might be better this time. Owner was so rude! Passed me of to " party head" very rude again! She said" I doubt you were even here"

Love kids gym. They meet your kid where they are and help motivate them to where they can be! They also have camps and activities to do outside of class like open gym/skills clinic and parents night out =date night! Next summer I will be signing my daughter up for their gymnastics summer camp and gymnastics class!

We love kids gym! The teachers are so kind and patient. My daughter is autistic and loves gymnastics and they are always so patient with her and give amazing guidance.we absolutely love it here. The only complaint is the classes fill up fast and there are long waitlist at times. But its because they are so amazing here and everyone wants a spot!

Won't be in business long. They no longer have kids gym, open gym, or anything that resembles a gymnastics class. Brought or son in for usual open gym on Saturday and it was just 2 employees playing on their phones. What a joke.

My nephews both came here and since moving to Michigan we have consistently been attending. My daughter is now 4.5 and she loves her kids gym days. The staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable. The place is extremely clean .The staff talks to our kids about events coming up instead of taking past them. The staff handles situations discreetly and respectfully. The extra events like Thrills and Skills are amazing opportunities for the kids and well priced. My daughter continues to develop and grow in Independence, confidence, self love, and achievement with assistance from her time at KG. Thank you kids gym for offering schedules for working parents and providing a great program and am affordable price. Kudos.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk receptionist, she has no business in representing a business, especially one that has to deal with children. We were customers here and will never be again, and nor will our family and friends, there is better out there than this.

The front desk staff at this place is just awful. She is the most unfriendly and rude individual I have ever spoken to, and should never be the face or voice for your company. I signed up both of my children to take classes here and paid for the classes, we had never shown up for the first class even and called to have a refund due to some unforeseen circumstances, the rude woman on the phone was just so unbelievably mean and uncaring saying they would only refund me half of my money and that’s how it was and I have to deal with it. She was cold and could careless about my concerns. I will never come here in the future. I would think a company would care about their customers and be a little more understanding. She also informed me there was no reason I should talk to anyone else because the owner would tell me the same thing.

They have a great facility but if your child is new to gymnastics there is hardly any attention given to actually teaching kids how to use the equipment. Class sizes are huge and most of the class my daughter is left wondering what she is supposed to do because no one is helping her.
